A month ago our AC stopped blowing cold air. I jumped online to find a reputable Heating & Air company and came across Conejo Valley Heating & Air. My wife called the office who spoke to Branden, who said he could get someone out the next day between 4-6pm. He mentioned that the technician would call 20 minutes before his arrival. Branden was very knowledgeable and made my wife feel very comfortable. As a homeowner it can be very intimidating speaking to a service company and there is always a slight worry that you could possibly be taken advantage of. You do not get that feeling here!

The next day came, and our service technician Matt Copland called and said he was on his way. He was here earlier than expected, which was great! Matt took a look at our furnace and unit outside and determined that our unit needed a new air filter and the outside unit needed a capacitor. Matt gave us a quote and said he could have it done today. Within 20 minutes he had everything up and running! Our unit runs so cold now, and we are ready for summer!

From scheduling the appointment to meeting the service technician, the customer service was outstanding! Everyone we spoke to was knowledgeable, honest and prices were fair! If you need something done quickly and at a good price, these are your guys!

Before Matt left he even gave us some tips on maintenance to avoid any issues in the future. He went above and beyond here. Thank you!

This was an awesome company to work with! Mike was the guy that came out and gave us a bid on redoing our ductwork getting a new heater and installing air-conditioning! Nice guy friendly and professional! We had three other companies come out nothing compared to the price and the quality of work that they were going to do!! I had the air-conditioning new ductwork and the heater all installed in one day! The installers were awesome and friendly and very professional! The city inspector also told me that he has never worked with a better company they do an outstanding job!! If you know if city inspectors that's not easy to come by, good for Conejo air!!

Had lots of trouble getting a new central air unit installed last summer, until I found Conejo. They did a first-class job. I signed up for their gold service plan, $216/year, which includes two maintenance calls
(+ drain water heater, clean dryer vent...) and free service calls. Just had some trouble with a dryer, which an appliance repair service couldn't deal with properly; but then Alberto from Conejo came out within a day and fixed the problem (for free). Great service!

Wow!! I was amazed by the professionalism of this company. I was looking to replace my 40 year + AC/Furnace and air ducts before summer. I got quotes from 8 different companies. I was happy that Conejo Valley Heating & Air came to Chatsworth to give me a quote as I thought that I was too far away from them, but they do cover this part of the Valley. Office staff was great and scheduled me an appointment right away. I then met with Kevin for the home evaluation, he was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable and told me what I needed, he was not pushy or trying to upsell. Kevin was upfront with me and told me
that they are not the cheapest and that their price was competitive. By the time Kevin had given me a quote I knew their price was competitive because of the quotes I had received from the other 6 companies. His offer was 400-900 more. In the end I choose Conejo Valley Heating & Air because they offered me better equipment and a 5 year warranty (other companies ranged from 1-2 years)

On the day of the install I was amazed by professionalism of Conejo Valley Heating & Air. Linear Crew came in and did a wonder job. About 7-8 people were working together, It reminded of me of physiology class on how the human body works. Each crew member knew what his job was and executed the work in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Conejo Valley Heating & Air Conditioning to friends and family and anyone who is looking for a professional and honest heating and air conditioning company.

Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning is by far one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. We had to have our 30 year old HVAC system completely replaced in January when the furnace died during a cold snap. Absolutely everyone who came out was so knowledgeable and friendly... with no pressure. From the initial consultation all the way to the final inspection, it couldn't have gone better! I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry!
