We talked to several different companies, trying to get a new whole-house AC unit, and Conejo Valley Heating & Air Conditioning was the company we chose. We made a deal on one day, and by noon the next day, the new unit was installed, and we had Air Conditioning. They gave us a fair price, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. By contrast, we had a plumber come out the next day, and had all kinds of problems with their work. So many tradespeople don't show up on time or charge more than they say they will. Conejo Valle Heating & Air Conditioning gave us ZERO problems, and HONORED what they said they would do for us. I usually don't bother recommending companies, but I HIGHLY recommend them. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Our A/C condenser stopped working last Monday. Called Conejo Valley (who installed the unit in 2017) and they sent a technician (Juan) out the next morning. Juan did an excellent job identifying and fixing the problem quickly even though it involved him having to go to an electrical supply dealer to get the needed parts.

Juan was exceptionally professional, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly and addressed all of our concerns and questions.

We were also very appreciative that he was considerate enough to wear a mask the entire time he was at our home.

I can't recommend this company and Juan enough. Thank you Conejo Valley...!!

So pleased with the service from Conejo Valley Heating and Air! Our AC unit seemed to be working fine, but based on the state of the house when we moved in, I wouldn't be surprised if it had been years since the unit was serviced or cleaned. Also, someone who did insulation work for us told us that one of the ducts in the roof looked like it was crushed. So I called Conejo Valley to schedule a general maintenance/cleaning service and have them check on the condition of the ducts. Even though it's summer, they were able to come out in less than a week. Matt was our service guy, and he really talked me through everything he saw with the system, and what his recommendations were. Turns out, the duct was not crushed (hooray on saving money on not needing that repair), and the system itself looked in good shape, but Matt still gave it a thorough cleaning. I asked if we should clean the ducts too, and he gave his recommendation that because they were an older style duct, it actually wouldn't be good to clean them, as their structure doesn't take it well. I appreciated that insight!

Just love this company! Of course, on a Sunday, it's a HOT day and ac condenser decides to go out. I'm already sweating and thinking I have to tough it out until Monday to get anyone out. We have used this company before always with great results. Ralph showed up exactly one hour from calling on a Sunday no less and the job was done and my house was once again cool in record time. I couldn't be happier. I will never use anyone else.

My wife and I were out running errands for a few hours, left the air on while we were gone, and when we returned the a/c unit was making a very loud grinding noise. After shutting it down, we called Conejo Valley immediately and scheduled an appt for someone to come take a look. Ralph was here within 24 hours, and he instantly identified the issue. Turned out to be a burned out capacitor, which he replaced at a very reasonable price. While he was here, he also inspected the FAU and coil in the attic, as well as the other functions of the a/c unit. Ralph was extremely professional and courteous, and we appreciated his knowledge and expertise. Thank you for keeping the cool air flowing through our home!

Great! Replaced coil on AC unit. Not the cheapest, but certainly worth paying a bit more for such a professional job.

Was seeking some professional assistance in maintaining our HVAC system. Received a flyer for Conejo Valley Heating and Air (CVHA) and thought I'd give them a shot. SO GLAD I DID! Alfredo came earlier and did a thorough job in inspecting my condenser and cleaning my dryer vents. Alfredo also explained in detail how to ensure proper maintenance. Glad I gave CVHA a try.
