Coastal Contracting Solutions, previously known as East Coast Contracting Solutions, is a residential remodeling contractor based in Saint Petersburg, FL. Its parent company was founded by my late father, Charles E Petrovitch Jr., in the early 1980s as East Coast Property Maintenance & Security. For close to 50 years, we have provided services to families in Florida, California, Connecticut, and throughout the tri-state region. My brothers and I worked with our father until the late 2000s, when we chose to expand our legacy through East Coast Contracting Solutions LLC & Property Management, serving Florida, Connecticut, the tri-state area, and beyond, building valuable assets and offering quality service and remarkable craftsmanship to all our clients.
