My late father, Charles E Petrovitch Jr., started the parent company in the early 1980s as East Coast Property Maintenance & Security. For close to 50 years, we have provided services to families in Florida, California, Connecticut, and throughout the tri-state region. My brothers and I continued to work alongside our father until the late 2000s, when we decided to expand our legacy with East Coast Contracting Solutions LLC & Property Management, serving Florida, Connecticut, the tri-state area, and beyond, building strong assets and delivering quality service and exceptional craftsmanship to all our clients.
