Coastal Contracting Solutions, previously known as East Coast Contracting Solutions, is a residential remodeling contractor based in Saint Petersburg, FL. The parent company was established by my late father, Charles E Petrovitch Jr., in the early 1980s under the name East Coast Property Maintenance & Security. We have been serving families in Florida, California, Connecticut, and the tri-state area for almost 50 years. Until the late 2000s, my brothers and I worked with our father, after which we chose to grow our legacy with East Coast Contracting Solutions LLC & Property Management, serving Florida, Connecticut, the tri-state area, and beyond, creating valuable assets and providing quality service and outstanding craftsmanship to our clients.
