In the mid-1980s, Gary Craft began his journey in the electrical and HVAC industries. In the early 1990s, he paused to pursue a career in industrial maintenance. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1995 with Filters Unlimited, a modest office maintenance and filter changing service. In 1997, he fully committed to self-employment, transforming his part-time filter service into a full-fledged heating, air conditioning, and electrical business. In 2014, he and his wife, Sharon, founded Craft Companies LLC. In 2018, Gary, Sharon, and their two sons opted to rename the company from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
