In the mid-1980s, Gary Craft began his journey in the electrical and HVAC industries. He took a brief hiatus in the early 1990s to explore a role in industrial maintenance. In 1995, he realized his dream of business ownership by starting Filters Unlimited, a small office maintenance and filter service. He transitioned to full-time self-employment in 1997, turning his part-time filter service into a complete heating, air conditioning, and electrical company. In 2014, he established Craft Companies LLC alongside his wife, Sharon. In 2018, Gary, Sharon, and their two sons opted to rename the company from Gary Craft Heating and Air to Climate Crafters.
