Left old wiring in the wall. Charged 4 hrs of labor and only took 1 1/2 hr to complete. He knew it was a fast job, but presented it as if it would be 4hrs to complete. His communication was horrible and very impersonal. Need a shower after conducting business with them.

Excellent Service from start to finish. Mr. Clement came out on the initial bust to analyze the situation and to offer repair solutions. After a thorough examination of my electric situation Mike presented me with different solutions. I chose to have all the outlets and fuse box replaced. I knew up front what I was looking at price wise and was comfortable with it as it was a permanent solution. On the next visit the guys got right to it: once inside and one outside. It was a big job and they worked all day long. They found a couple of plugs that I had forgotten about! They hit a couple of surprises by handles them like pros. Great job by a great company! Mike, Fred and Scholar did great. Mike even came out on install day and gave his seal of aoptical.

I had an issue with some can lights not wanting to stay in the ceiling and my dryer was flipping the breaker everytime I turned it on. I reached out to my home warranty company and they set me up with Clements Electric. The company called me the next business day and was able to get me an appointment the following day. Frank was assigned to my call and on the day of the appointment called me with his ETA. He arrived promptly as he stated and I showed him the issues. He was able to fix my breaker and explain what the possible reasons for the original problem could be. He also said to call him back if it tripped again after he replaced the breaker. He then fixed the can lights and even showed me what to do if it happened again. He provided great customer service and I'll definitely be calling Clemets again for some future electric work I have planned.

Scheduled ""free estimate"" for patio fan installation (20 ft. High) at home and garden show. Day of appointment got a call from the person who was assigned. Told me 20' high would require a $129 ladder rental. Scammers.

Saw them at the Home and Garden Show and scheduled an estimate a couple days later. Two men came out to give me an estimate and a quote. Went ahead and scheduled the job to be done a week later. I received a phone call 30 minutes before they were supposed to be here to install 3 outlets in the backsplash of my Island in my kitchen only for them to tell me they didn't feel comfortable cutting into the tile of my backsplash. Why on Earth would you wait until 30 minutes before our scheduled appointment for the work to be done to tell me that you're not going to be here to do the work? If you didn't feel comfortable doing the work, you should have stated that during the estimate. Terrible business practice.
