It has only been about 24 hours but I can already notice a change for the better. While I have not completed my assessment, I have to say that these people are EVERYTHING THAT YOU WOULD WANT FROM AN ELECTRICIAN AND THEN SOME!

My own Christmas miracle is that I have believed that I have avoided future problems, including a house fire and the loss of all my major appliances. I called them because of a slight burning smell and having to replace a dryer, two weedeaters, an expensive reverse-osmosis water filter and the coffee pot, all in the same month.

In spite of the repair expense, it could have been the fridge, water heater, washer, HVAC and the computers. I was already having ""symptoms"".

Driver coming from 380 in Aubrey down to Eldorado over to 35 S was a jerk. Tailgating people, cutting in and out of traffic, accelerating to block people when they tried to get over. Very unprofessional behavior for when the company you work for has their name and phone number on the van. Maybe try not to have so much road rage.

Josh was our technician and was exceptional. We had a household full of issues stemming from the freeze a couple of years ago and were daunted by pricing and lack of positive experience with vendors. Josh went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions, was very upfront with pricing, and went above and beyond with his time and expertise. We had no electricity on one of our circuit breakers one morning. Clements Electric quickly came out and fixed the problem.

We were looking for a good electrician that could figure out why half of the kitchen had no power. Heath came out and began looking into what was going on. My main concern was to be able to use the outlets to cook for the holidays. He did not leave until were had all our outlets working. They cleaned up after themselves - couldn't tell they had ever been in the house. And Heath has a large Christmas Jack in the Box head on his van. So cute!

Hunter did an excellent job removing our dining room chandelier, from a 20' ceiling, and installing a new one. My big disappointment was in the cost. Two years ago Clements did the very same work in the same location for half of what they charged us this time. They did a good job two years ago and it cost us twice as much for the same job two years later! We will rethink using Clements again.

It was very easy to get hold of them and make an appointment.
It was not an emergency (breaker needed replacing for garbage disposal) but I had someone at my house the next day.
Joey D showed up at the door and was very nice and professional.
He checked to make sure that it was truly just a breaker issue (which it was) and had the problem resolved in no time.
Would use them again for sure.
