Company Overview

In 2006, Wade Cleary and Danny Zimmermann established Cleary Zimmermann. Having collaborated for years in the engineering department of a well-known architecture and engineering firm, They were unaware back then that they were fostering a common passion for client service and engineering integrity. Following a major shift in that firm to emphasize architecture, Wade and Danny united to create a new engineering firm that embodied those same principles: a company that not only employs cutting-edge engineering methods but also places client service at the heart of its operations. Back then, they provided advanced services such as BIM modeling and LEED® certification, and soon after, they became the first MEP firm in Texas to achieve NEBB® certification in Commissioning. Even though these services were appealing to clients, Wade and Danny steadily grew their practice by focusing on their inherent 'People First' service philosophy.
