Company Overview

In 2006, Wade Cleary and Danny Zimmermann established Cleary Zimmermann. Their years of teamwork in the engineering sector of a legacy architecture and engineering firm laid the groundwork for their partnership. Although they didn't realize it then, a shared commitment to outstanding service and engineering excellence was developing. When that firm underwent a major reorganization to focus on architecture, Wade and Danny collaborated to form a new engineering company that embraced those ideals: a firm that not only adopts innovative engineering techniques but also prioritizes client service in all its endeavors. Back then, they provided advanced services such as BIM modeling and LEED® certification, and shortly thereafter, they were the first MEP firm in Texas to obtain NEBB® certification in Commissioning. While these services attracted clients, Wade and Danny expanded their business consistently by prioritizing their intrinsic 'People First' service mindset.
