Company Overview

Cleary Zimmermann was founded by Wade Cleary and Danny Zimmermann in 2006. Their years of teamwork in the engineering sector of a legacy architecture and engineering firm laid the groundwork for their partnership. Unbeknownst to them at the time, a shared commitment to outstanding service and engineering excellence was developing. After a significant restructuring of that firm to prioritize architecture, Wade and Danny collaborated to form a new engineering company that embraced those ideals: a company that not only employs cutting-edge engineering methods but also places client service at the heart of its operations. Initially, they offered state-of-the-art services like BIM modeling and LEED® certification, and soon after, they became the first MEP firm in Texas to achieve NEBB® certification in Commissioning. While these services attracted clients, Wade and Danny built their practice gradually by emphasizing their natural 'People First' service approach.
