Requested quote via Yelp to replace a kitchen faucet and within 10 minutes had a flat rate quote. Geovanny reached out via Yelp messaging and was able to come install the faucet the same day. The faucet looks great and his price was fair. Will be calling again with other faucets and a swapping a light that I can't reach. Two thumbs up.

He came out the following day & did the needed repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly respectful & courteous of my home. We had these guys out to install some wainscoting paneling for our nursery and they were marvelous. The install looks so good, and the guys completed it quickly and asked lots of questions to make sure they completed the project to our liking. I was excited to find this company in my zip code that offered a variety of services that I had hoped to establish a relationship to service my home repair needs. The online quote response was fast and reasonable but then communication went downhill from there. I was told I would be worked in on Wed. but they came to look at the area needing repair and said due to the rain shower they could not work. Nelson informed me they were booked Thurs. but would be back Friday morning. Friday morning came and went. No one showed. I called and asked when was I on the schedule. I was told let me check with the guys and call you back. I got a text that I was on the schedule between 2-3 pm Saturday. I texted back I was told Friday morning and had been waiting. I got no response but thought ok I really need this done so I will wait another day. Saturday, no one showed at appointment time nor did anyone call. I called and left a voice message and also sent a text to cancel the work order that I was not happy. No response. Not even an acknowledgement call or text on Monday. Very disappointed with the poor communication. They wasted my time and apparently did not need my business!

I had been having some trouble with a slow-flushing toilet. I called Geovanny late one evening and he came the next afternoon. After an initial inspection he thought that I may have a broken pipe under the house which allowed some tree roots to enter. He charged me nothing for the first visit and said he'd be back the next morning with some additional equipment. The estimated repair was pretty high (a couple of thousand) because he said he may have to dig a tunnel under the house to get to the broken pipe. But, after removing the toilet he found a gap between the toilet flange and the sewer pip which had allowed some tree roots to enter. After confirming that the pipe was sound using a camera on the end of a flexible snake, he and his compatriots removed some huge roots and reassembled everything. The final bill was about a quarter of what I thought it might be. He could easily have charged me for work that I didn't need and I wouldn't have known the difference. Geovanny is a capable, *honest* professional and I'm glad I found him. Two thumbs up from me.

Geovanny and his team were able to locate and repair a small leak in my house's main water line that had been causing serious lawn flooding. Despite the very poor conditions of the ground the team was able to locate the leak relatively quickly and clean up the area for repair with a heavy duty tool. They were communicative along the way, informing me before cutting any roots, and chatting with me about future solutions.
