Gevanny and his crew are great. Gevanny's ability to communicate prior to the job, during, and after is fantastic. I had them replace the sealant around my tub and my standing walk in shower. They went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done professionally, and that my bathroom was left spotless. Gevanny relaxed but professional approach made it simple to talk about current jobs and future tasks. Everything I asked for was done promptly and to the highest standards. Gevanny doesn't tell you what you need to do, he does what you ask him to do. Multiple things I inquired about we solved without spending money on them. For example I have WiFi power adapters in my house and was wondering why they only sometimes had power, we came to the conclusion that it was because of timing the old owner had set on the network to control the outlets. Gevanny didnt try to sell me new outlets and labor, he told me mine were fine and if I really wanted to he would be happy to change them. I really look forward future projects and general home improvement. Pricing was incredibly Reasonable.

Honest. Great service. Love companies like this because they can do it all. I needed a new seal around my toilet but once they were at my house I kept asking about other services that I had been procrastinating. Before it was all over my house was as good as new. And those were all things that I inquired about, not things that I was told that I needed to do. Big difference. And some of the projects I asked about I was told I could do myself and was even given specific directions how to do the job like a pro. This is my new go to service company.

Our hot water went out over the weekend. Geovanny and his team were already booked up but was able to squeeze me in last minute on a Sunday nonetheless. He did some maIntenance on the water heater and we had hot water in less than an hour. They even unclogged my kitchen sink as an added bonus. Had an issue with my fluorescent fixture in my kitchen not coming on after changing the tubes. Saw that this business had great reviews through Yelp, reached out, and they responded within 5 minutes. He could have come out the same day but I had a conflict and could not make the window of time on Friday afternoon, but he came out the very next morning (Saturday). I appreciate that these guys were very professional, prompt, and always kept in communication from the initial point of contact. Within 20 minutes they installed a brand new fixture with LED lighting that now shines bright like a diamond and I won't have to replace the tubes for at least 45 years! Their service was reasonably priced and to top it off they cleaned up to make sure they left the area spotless where they did the repair. Will definitely be using these guys again in the soon to near future for other services!
