We launched our business in 2009. We focus on residential electrical services and garage door opener replacements. A significant portion of our work involves home warranty companies, which has been beneficial yet challenging. Pleasing all customers is not always straightforward due to the limitations of their policies and warranty rules. Nonetheless, we have built a loyal customer base that values the service Castle Contractor offers.

My garage door stopped working and my home warranty company sent out Castle to do the job. I called them immediately since it's so inconvenient when the garage doesn't work. The female who answers the phone is always friendly and professional. The tech they sent out, Alex, was excellent. His customer service skills are top notch. He showed me what he replaced, how it worked and was kind and professional the entire time. He did not leave until he knew I was satisfied with the job. He assured me that I could reach out to them if there were any issues with the work. He even fixed a broken latch on my garage door. That's top notch service!

I've had bad experiences with some of the companies my home warranty sends out to my house but this one was great. Thank you Alex!

Noe originally came out to look at a circuit issue as part of my home warranty. We discovered we needed an upgraded panel. The panel was installed in 1968 so it was time as we plan to do a kitchen remodel and solar as well. Noe just finished the job today. He and John did a first class job. The new panel looks great and they even took my garbage cans down to the street and washed off the driveway from the drywall dust. They closed in the drywall removal that needed to be torn out to install the new panel.

Noe even corrected a few of my DIY electrical mistakes. Great job all around and would highly recommend.

Tech was good, no issue there. I had them come out for warranty work that wasn't covered by the warranty company. They quoted a total price which I paid. Then I get a bill from the warranty company! The woman in the office said it was clearly noted on the receipt, which I never got but needless to say, receipts are after the fact, not quotes. I'd suggest another company who is more honest.

Call another company. Period. They ""fixed"" my garage door and now it sounds like a jackhammer. When I said that's not how it is supposed to work - I got the response ""well it opens and closes"" total bull$hit waste of time.

Alex did a great job. I used my insurance company and they send Castle Contractor to fix my Garage Doors, both getting fixed in Saturday. He had all tools and material ready in his truck. Within a second found the problem and repair it. 100% satisfied.

We had Noe, the owner, come out for a Fidelity Warranty claim. He was super professional, nice, patient with explaining the issues, and very honest. I would call him back for service aside from a home warranty claim any time.
Reading through some of the poor scores for his company, I think people have a misconception of how it works. He is not in cahoots with the warranty companies. He has his own independent business, and makes money off of the work he reports as needing to be completed. I've gotten upset about a plumber coming out before and saying the work wouldn't be covered by the warranty, but after understanding why, it made sense.
Anyhow, Noe came off as super ethical and honest. That was my experience at least.

The worst home warranty company that has ever been contracted out to me!!!! They came too my home on 3 different occasions for my garage door & never gave the correct diagnosis!! I called Another Garage Door Company & they gave me the proper diagnosis in 15 mins. They will be repairing my Garage door this Sunday & my home warranty will be reimbursing me.. These guys are rude & have no idea what they are doing!!!!!!!!

As many before, if I could have given ZERO stars, I would have. Fidelity Home Warranty sent them to fix my bathroom exhaust fan. 2 months later, I have no fixed fan, they LOST the blade, which can't be replaced because it's too old, can't put in anything else so they say. So they said all they can do is put back the broken fan to cover the hole, sans blade. WTF?!!! They show up unexpectedly, have no caller ID on their phones so you can't call them back and no one answers the phone at the office. Now I'm back to square one - and out $100 for the ""service call."" Pretty shady - and shitty - in my book. Will definitely be filing a complaint with BBB and my home warranty peeps.

1 Star, yes one because there is no Zero star. 3 months trying to get them to come and fix a light issue, 3 months of we will call you back. They are the worse in customer service. Also, they wanted the money up front!! really up front, no way... I have filed a complaint with Old Republic Home Warranty to try and get them to remove this company as a vendor.
