This company is awesome!!! I hardly had to wait for an appointment, as they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Alex is is super nice and super helpful as well as extremely knowledgeable!! They had to order a part for my garage door and were able to install it the very next day. I am very thankful that I found them, and would absolutely recommend them to any friends in need!

I haven't dealt with a company like this in a long time. The actual owner, Noe came out following a Fidelity claim. There was a problem with my garage door track. He agreed but wasn't sure what it was and said he would let Fidelity know. He told Fidelity everything worked fine so they of course didn't cover anything. I rang to talk with Noe but the lady who answered the phone was one of the coldest, rudest people I have ever talked with and wouldn't let me talk with him and said he wouldn't call me back. Wow. How bad is that service!!

Terrible service! The guy practically ran in and out of my house. The track and cable need to be replaced on my garage door, but instead of fixing it he left! I had to pry information out of him as he was running out the door. So over 2 hours later I am left waiting for a call and nothing! The home warranty told me they must be closed and to try back Monday. So my house gets to be exposed to the risk of being burglarized because of this company! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Update: They called two days later to say they refused to come back. Female on phone EXTREMELY rude and is the perfect example of what customer service shouldn't be. Seriously one of the worst businesses around.

they were assigned to us by our warranty company. our problem happened on a weekend and they are close. so i have to wait till Monday to set up an appt. Called them numerous times and finally was able to set up an appt. Like most of the companies, they have a 4 hour wait for them to show up and the technician showed up within the first hour. Alex came in and i told him the electrical problem we have. He explained to me thoroughly how he will troubleshoot and what he needs. He was able to fix the problem in no time. Alex was efficient, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend that if you hire their services, ask for Alex.

My garage door stopped working and my home warranty company sent out Castle to do the job. I called them immediately since it's so inconvenient when the garage doesn't work. The female who answers the phone is always friendly and professional. The tech they sent out, Alex, was excellent. His customer service skills are top notch. He showed me what he replaced, how it worked and was kind and professional the entire time. He did not leave until he knew I was satisfied with the job. He assured me that I could reach out to them if there were any issues with the work. He even fixed a broken latch on my garage door. That's top notch service!

I've had bad experiences with some of the companies my home warranty sends out to my house but this one was great. Thank you Alex!

Noe originally came out to look at a circuit issue as part of my home warranty. We discovered we needed an upgraded panel. The panel was installed in 1968 so it was time as we plan to do a kitchen remodel and solar as well. Noe just finished the job today. He and John did a first class job. The new panel looks great and they even took my garbage cans down to the street and washed off the driveway from the drywall dust. They closed in the drywall removal that needed to be torn out to install the new panel.

Noe even corrected a few of my DIY electrical mistakes. Great job all around and would highly recommend.

Tech was good, no issue there. I had them come out for warranty work that wasn't covered by the warranty company. They quoted a total price which I paid. Then I get a bill from the warranty company! The woman in the office said it was clearly noted on the receipt, which I never got but needless to say, receipts are after the fact, not quotes. I'd suggest another company who is more honest.

Call another company. Period. They ""fixed"" my garage door and now it sounds like a jackhammer. When I said that's not how it is supposed to work - I got the response ""well it opens and closes"" total bull$hit waste of time.

Alex did a great job. I used my insurance company and they send Castle Contractor to fix my Garage Doors, both getting fixed in Saturday. He had all tools and material ready in his truck. Within a second found the problem and repair it. 100% satisfied.

FNHW contracted with Castle to fix my garage door (broken spring) under my home warranty. Alex came out and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and took the time to explain the repair, as well as other simple things to look for in case the garage door won't open.
