Calhoun Services began its journey in Fort Collins, CO, in 2010, focusing on property maintenance. Over the years, Tyler grew the business, branching into HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation services. After nearly ten successful years in Colorado, Tyler relocated the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Though we have moved, our foundational values continue to be Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability.

Tyler Calhoun embarked on his career in the home services sector nearly 15 years ago as a property maintenance technician for various apartment complexes. While much of the work was routine, it laid the groundwork for Tyler to develop his skills and tackle more complex tasks across various trades. After years in property maintenance and graduating high school, Tyler decided to pursue a new path as a business owner.
