Calhoun Services originated in Fort Collins, CO, in 2010 as a property maintenance firm. Tyler, the owner, grew the business over the years, branching into HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation services. Following almost a decade of success in Colorado, Tyler moved the company to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even with the relocation, our principles have not wavered: Honesty, Integrity, Reliability.

Tyler Calhoun started his path in the home services industry almost 15 years ago, working as a property maintenance technician for different apartment complexes. Though primarily routine, this experience equipped Tyler with the skills to learn more about the industry, handle tougher jobs, and master various trades. Following years in property maintenance and finishing high school, Tyler opted to start a new chapter as a business owner.
