Calhoun Services originated in Fort Collins, CO, in 2010 as a property maintenance firm. Over time, the owner, Tyler, broadened the business, venturing into various trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly ten successful years in Colorado, Tyler relocated the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Even with the relocation, our principles have not wavered: Honesty, Integrity, Reliability.

Nearly 15 years ago, Tyler Calhoun began his career in home services as a property maintenance technician for several apartment complexes. Though primarily routine, this experience equipped Tyler with the skills to learn more about the industry, handle tougher jobs, and master various trades. After years in property maintenance and graduating high school, Tyler decided to pursue a new path as a business owner.
