Founded in Fort Collins, CO, in 2010, Calhoun Services started as a property maintenance company. As the years passed, Tyler expanded the company into multiple trades, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly ten successful years in Colorado, Tyler relocated the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Despite the move, our core values remain unchanged: Honesty, Integrity, and Reliability.

Tyler Calhoun embarked on his career in the home services sector nearly 15 years ago as a property maintenance technician for various apartment complexes. While much of the work was routine, it laid the groundwork for Tyler to develop his skills and tackle more complex tasks across various trades. After several years in property maintenance and completing high school, Tyler chose to embark on a new adventure as a business owner.
