Founded in Fort Collins, CO, in 2010, Calhoun Services began as a property maintenance company. Over time, the owner, Tyler, broadened the business, venturing into various trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and irrigation. After nearly ten successful years in Colorado, Tyler relocated the business to Myrtle Beach in 2018. Though we have moved, our foundational values continue to be: Honesty, Integrity, Reliability.

Tyler Calhoun embarked on his journey in the home services sector nearly 15 years ago as a property maintenance technician for various apartment complexes. Although the work was often routine, it provided Tyler with the foundation to develop skills, take on more challenging jobs, and excel in different trades. Following years in property maintenance and finishing high school, Tyler opted to start a new chapter as a business owner.
