Joe Sullivan from Caccia Plumbing solved a perplexing issue involving a sediment that appeared in the hot water system. He replaced a water heater under difficult installation conditions, and beautifully designed and custom fit pipes to work in a tight space. In addition to his obvious competency, he truly cares about details and the quality of the job and virtually worked non-stop for nearly nine hours. His professionalism combined with his courteous and pleasant demeanor certainly deserves five stars

Joe returned to replace a tub faucet, once again solving a difficult problem with an older part. He was able to find a replacement and a solution. He was his usual professional and courteous self. Five stars to Joe Sullivan and Caccia plumbing.

Contacted them for a job and they required sending someone to give a quote because they don't do them over the phone. I wasn't opposed to that and met with the representative who was very cordial and professional. I explained there were certain requirements that they would need to fulfill for our Condo Association before being scheduled for the job. The estimate was a bit high (I agree with another review that their rates are too high), which I was going to accept but I was called later by the rep to advise me that his supervisor said to decline the job because they didn't want to deal with my Condo Association. Next day I got a text that they would accept the job but when I asked what changed I didn't receive a response. Very poor customer service.
