So I call Caccia plumbing based on the rave reviews to have a plumber give me a quote for replacing two toilets. They give me an hour window, don't show and at the end of the hour I get a call saying the tech is running late and on his way to pick up the toilets from the shop. I clarify that I will get an estimate before he does any work, and that's when I get the SURPRISE.......$85.00 diagnostic fee?!? I don't need anything ""diagnosed"", I just want a quote for replacing two toilets. That's fine, but if I choose not to accept their estimate I will still get charged $85.00! WTF? Firstly, let me know this BEFORE I take off work, and secondly WTF? Thanks, but no thanks.

My water pipes broke over the holiday weekend. Caccia sent a plumber out to assess the situation late Sunday evening. He arrived within the time window as did all of the staff I dealth with during the project. Everyone was competent and professional. Water is back on and everything cleaned up. I recommend the company wholeheartedly. Special thanks to Geno . Several of the stars are for your efforts.

I'm not sure any plumbing job can be a genuine pleasure, but this was as positive an experience as I could have hoped for. We'd had a chronic running toilet that was only getting worse. I finally decided it had gone on long enough so I did an online search for a plumber. James Caccia Plumbing came up and I gave them a call. I was able to get on their schedule the very next day with a 1-hour window for expected arrival, which was great for planning my day. When Brian arrived, he examined the offending commode and gave me a couple options. Once we decided on a plan of action he finished the job much faster than I anticipated and cleaned up entirely. Brian was extremely polite and professional and did a great job. Calling a plumber is not something any of us looks forward to doing, but it's nice to know there is a company that can make it as painless as possible.

Last Wednesday evening we discovered that our drain lines for the wash machine, laundry tub, and kitchen sink were clogged and backing up. What to do? I called James Caccia Plumbing at 6:30 Thursday morning and was greeted with ""Good morning, how can I make you smile today?"" I knew immediately that I had called the right place. The team of Moe and Glenn arrived right on time at 2:30 Thursday afternoon, accessed the situation, and immediately got to work to rout out the drain. They put on booties when they entered our house, were careful not to create a mess as they ""snaked"" the line, and left the place spic and span. The price was very fair. I am very grateful for their service.

The job was done professionally and courteously, however I have to knock them down a few stars for the price. I would have called another plumber given the quote but knew I didn't have time with scheduling - so I had to settle for $225 to snake a drain. Less than 30 minutes of work for a very simple job, not worth $225.

i had a sewer problem with some backup. I looked up the reviews on yelp and called Caccia plumbing. The receptionist was delightful and scheduled me right away. Moe and Glenn came out, accessed the problem and told me they don't have the proper equipment to do the job for me. Moe called another company but they too could not help me. Moe and Glenn both apologized for not being able to help and Moe wrote up the call as an estimate and did not charge me. It is so nice to run into a company where service is still their policy. I will certainly refer them and use them should I have other plumbing needs.

they have been out to our house three times, each time a different person came (Sergei, Jessik, Joseph). All of them were polite and professional.
Response time was within a few hours of calling and they quickly fixed the problem. Very happy with them.

When we first moved in, we had a few plumbing jobs we were thinking of doing. We called Caccia, and Anthony Caccia came out to survey the landscape.

He took his time and talked extensively about our options with us. In one case, he suggested that some of the prepwork could be done by us or another contractor because it'd be cheaper than having them do it.

We ended up being able to punt on most of what we needed to do, but we did get a toilet installed by them. Sergey came over, and did a great job installing the toilet. Now, about a year later, Sergey's installing the other two replacement toilets.

My one hesitation around using Caccia was my impression that they were a little expensive; when they did my toilet, it was $185, and for doing two toilets they dropped the second toilet to $145, for a total of about $330. So I looked around, and found another plumber who quoted me $275. For each toilet.

Hence Sergey of Caccia Plumbing doing the install of the two toilets now :)

In the end, here's why I like working with Caccia:

I called them. Someone answered the phone. I told them what I needed, we agreed on a price, and we agreed on a time (and the specific person who'd come to do the work). They quoted me a really small arrival window (1:30-2:30), which meant I didn't sit around all day wondering when they'd show up. They arrive within the window they quoted. They do competent work. They clean up after themselves (hell, Sergey won't walk into my house without putting some little slippers on his boots).

What more can you ask for?

We have been in remodeling mode for the last couple of months. I would say ""remodeling hell,"" but I can't really say that when it comes to some of the great people that we have worked with and Caccia Plumbing is among the best.

We just got our counters and cabinets redone and that came with a new sink. Yippee! However, the folks that did the counters wouldn't hook up the sink they just installed it. That's where Caccia came in. From the minute I called them I had a feeling I was in good hands. Their customer service is outstanding. They even gave me a time for my appointment that fit my schedule.

I think we would be in good hands with anyone from Caccia, but Angelo was really amazing to have working on our plumbing. Turns out we needed a lot more that just a couple of pipes screwed in. He explained the entire process to me and never made me feel stupid for not knowing something. I never thought I would admire piping, but we ended up with twice as much space under our sink and a better all around set up.

I have already recommended Caccia plumbing to a number of friends and it's nice to know that this is one area I never need to worry about again. I know exactly who to call when something comes up. If only Caccia did everything!

They're great!!! I had a clog that was located in the drain that was connected to the sink and dishwasher. Every time I used my trash compactor to reduce the standing water in the sink, a brown liquid came up from the drain and increased the amount of water in the sink. I called them and the person I spoke to was courteous, professional and accommodating. I was so surprised that I was able to get an appointment between the hours of 8-9 am the next morning even though I contacted them late that very afternoon.

The very next morning at 8 am sharp, one of their plumbers, Mr. Ofa Veimau was there to fix the problem. As he was setting up, he was the one who reminded me of my 10% discount since I was a new customer. I was floored! It's usually the customer reminding the professional of the discount, NOT the other way around.

He was able to describe the problem in layman's terms, extremely thorough and the rate was reasonable! This service is the best and I'd definitely recommend hiring them!!!
