Looking to get our pipes replaced, I called to book an appointment to have someone come out on a Wednesday and they came out the following Monday.

That was almost two weeks ago.

In the interim, I had called once to follow up and was given the message that they were still working on it. I confirmed that they had my correct email address.

I am pretty disappointed that they did not even call back or provide the quote that they promised they would.

I had Joseph S for a basic ongoing drainage issue. He explained exactly what was happening and how to avoid the issue in the future and just charged the visitation fee. I found him to be very honest and professional and I would use them again.

We called James Caccia Plumbing because we were running out of hot water and we also had a leaky faucet. As usual, the staff was pleasant and professional in scheduling our appointment. This time it was Sal on the phone.

On the day of the appointment, James M. came to our home at the beginning of the time period. He was great! He listened to us and then checked both the water heater and bathroom faucet. After his assessment, James M. showed us what was happening to the items, and clearly and completely explained the options we had for repairing them. When it became clear that we needed a new water heater, James M. ordered one and had it installed with two hours. We couldn't believe it! He also enlightened us about a hot water recirculation pump, which he also installed on-the spot. Imagine our delight when we got hot water immediately in the back bathroom shower!

James M. was very understanding of my lack of plumbing experience and was great in explaining things to us. It was a pleasure to have James M. working in our home, as he was always pleasant, kind, knowledgeable, and considerate of our needs. James M. also didn't leave a piece of trash behind, but none of the Caccia plumbers ever do.We appreciated his honesty and valued his opinions, and were especially grateful that he ordered all of the items directly for us,

We have had Caccia Plumbing to our home before, and each time was a 5-Star experience. This last appointment really took us by surprise though, because we didn't know how bad our water heater was until we got a new one! We have already arranged an appointment to have the faucet that James M. ordered installed, so clearly we would use James Caccia Plumbing again.

After reading the reviews was interested in having Caccia swap in/out 2 toilets in my house. They won't give estimates over the phone though. So looks like I'll be using Lindstrom who we've used for years. Too bad.

5/21 update. Edwin the Ops Mgr at Caccia sent me a note explaining why they don't do estimates over the phone. So in fairness I am giving them the chance to come in, see what I need and provide an estimate.

5/26 update #2. Jim and Jim from Caccia showed up and gave me an estimate. We discussed their policy about phone estimates and I was fine, I get it. He emailed me the estimate right there and now we just need to decide who to go with. Also they were very professional and take pride in their work, it's obvious. Big bonus to the guys for showing up within minutes of the 1-1/2 hour open window I was given for them to arrive, 4 stars on that alone.

We unexpectedly had to replace a utility sink - in order to accommodate new laundry machines. It was a time-sensitive situation and an unplanned expense. Joseph S from Caccia gave truly top notch service. He arrived to give an estimate - and explained all of the details (and options) very clearly (including helping assess which sink to install). He tried to relieve the pressure from the situation so I could make a well-informed decision - and then completed the work the same day. He worked efficiently - and even went above the call of duty to test his work extensively. Most of all, I was impressed with his polite professionalism and clear communication. Clearly Joseph takes pride in his work and serving customers beyond expectations.

I wanted to let you know about the great visit i've just had from Caccia (service within an hour of my call) and specifically from the serviceman Ruben.
Ruben was incredibly nice and very professional. I explained my sewer line situation to him and he listened carefully, reflected my concerns back to me, and went right to work. I was a bit dissapointed the he didn't retrieve the enourmous tree root or small fossilized dinosaur that i had imagined was blocking the line but what he did do was make the sewer line drain as it should. It is a first for me to have honestly enjoyed a plumbing service visit. I look forward to next time?...?

Not cheap, but fast friendly service. Hopefully repair of a Chinese 'Delta' knockoff shower faucet will last a while so I don't have to remodel my bathroom just to get the necessary access to replace the valve. Moral of story- nicely remodeled houses can have cheap nasty surprises in the worst possible places.

We just had a plumber from James Caccia Plumbing come to our house to give us an estimate for a shower repair. He talked us though all of the options and gave us an option that I could do myself that might help me get by for a while. I thought that the latter option was very gracious of him - very professional. I took his advice and it worked like a charm. Although, they may have talked themselves out of a paying job in the short time, in the long term they've built trust. I'll definitely call them when I'm ready for the real job (which, given the age of our house, probably won't be too far in the future!)
