We had Joe (and Juan, a newer plumber) out for two days of work this week. We have been using Caccia for a long time and have always liked them - all of them. Everything alway works when they are done and they always figure it out. Joe was especially helpful figuring out how to replace the outdoor sump pump in a way it doesn't trip the GFI circuit; put in a very complex leak detection system - and while doing so, decided he did not liked how the house was plumbed from the main and just fixed it with the appropriately sized pipe and bypasses. We had two outdoor faucets, one plumbed wrong and the other turns out had stucco in the line - we thought we'd need to replace a long pipe but before he did that he checked the pipe and found the stucco - did not need to replace the pipe which saved us about $1,500. We had a sewer lateral inspection and he was kind enough to remove the toilet so that we could get a better and more accurate test even though Caccia was not doing the inspection - just a really nice guy who happens to be a great plumber - similar to our other experiences with Caccia Plumbing - couldn't recommend them high enough.

I have used Caccia a number of times over the past 3+ years and the two things I'll say about them is a) their diagnostic capability to find out what's wrong is incredible on even the most complex systems and 2) whatever they touch - install, maintain or repair - it is done right, it works and works well when they finish. A few examples: we had a leaky pressure relief valve on our hot water heater and could not figure out why - Anthony Caccia (the owner) came in and figured out that the town blocked backflow into its water system with the new smart meters which our previous plumber had counted on for an expansion tank - figured out how to re-size it and add a new expansion tank and we never had a problem again. Added a water filter for clean water from our kitchen sink but two different plumbers put it in wrong and we had low flow or it not working at all - Caccia figured out hot to run it properly and we've had no problems since. Fixed low flow to a bathtub and an exterior faucet. Solved my exterior French drain backup problem. Anything they've touched it now works. Every plumber they've sent me...Anthony, Joe, Joseph, Dino...have been awesome - very knowledgeable, very friendly, very helpful, explain and solve my problems in ways that are easy to understand. And I can't say enough about the Caccia Club membership - $100 a year - not about the discount (which used to be a lot better) - but for $100 a year, they will come to your house and check every plumbing fixture, every pipe, every device and give maintenance tips before something bad happens. We discovered two leaky toilets; a sink leak, a sewer line that ran uphill (towards the house) not downhill; a slow drain was snaked before it became so blocked up that we had to replace pipe - to have the owner or one of their senior plumbers come for $100 and check everything is a great deal - and you get that $100 back on the first thing you fix. The one downside is that Caccia is not cheap - they are very expensive - but I don't mind paying premium prices for premium service - and as mentioned, I've never, ever, had a problem with anything they've touched - anyone who had their hot water shut off on Mother's Day or a drain back up on Christmas when in-laws and family members are in town knows the cost of that kind of problem and the challenge of dealing with it on an emergency basis - we don't have emergencies anymore because Caccia has pointed out the issues before they become a big problem. One final example - we were looking to buy a house and were in contract to buy that house - I needed a leak detection system put in and called Anthony (Caccia) - he came out, looked for plumbing and sprinkler lines and noticed something wrong with the house (not plumbing related) that had not been disclosed - pointing that out cost him the work for the leak detection system and it saved me $100,000s in terms of fixing the problem and/or legal fees in trying trying to get it resolved had I purchased the property. It's that kind of experience and professionalism along with all the great work and team that will keep me a loyal customer for a long time.

Great experience. They diagnosed and repaired a problem that no other plumbers could figure out. They were also super polite and wonderful to deal with.

Had Caccia out to fix a leaky faucet. The service was fine, but their billing procedure is deceptive. They actually admitted they are a high price plumbing service. The small leak and new cartridge cost over $900.00. Just be sure you know ahead of time that they are very over priced. They charged $223.00 for a $25.00 part. The labor cost averaged out at $400.00 per hour. You can find a better more honorable company by doing a little research ahead of time. I trusted them and should not have.

Typically we don't take the time to appreciate great business practices. I have used Cacciatore plumbing over the years and required a recent leak under the sink. From the customer service pleasant voice to set appointment to the guys that come out to do the work. Kameron was very professional and went out of his way to ensure everything was addressed and went above and beyond. The quality and follow-up can not be under estimated. Showed up on time and overall great attitude and respectful.

Joseph and Josh were very prompt, professional, and accommodating. They diagnosed the problem during their first free visit and installed a new water heater the very next day! They patiently explained our options and their work before and during the installation. And they were very friendly. Highly recommend!

I'm a little late on this review. This is the second time we have used this company and they are wonderful! Great customer service and got an appointment right away. Had a problem with one of our bathroom sinks backing up and my husband took it apart twice snaked it but couldn't clear it. Ramon was great! Covered his shoes was very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Gave us a quote and resolved the issue in a short amount of time. I highly recommend Caccia!

Joan (hispanic name, pronounced ""Joe-an"") diagnosed the cause of my leaky decade-old toilet, and it became clear that it would cost me less longer term to replace the toilet instead of installing a new valve and associated fixtures. I purchased a water efficient Toto toilet (1.28 gpf), and Joan installed it. Throughout the process Joan was professional, friendly, and transparent about the costs and benefits of the alternatives.

I suspect I could have saved a little money by instead choosing a plumber without the added resources a relatively large local company such as Caccia can offer, and I often do choose a smaller company or individual provider. But Caccia has excellent customer support, always seemingly available to answer any questions and resolve any issues.
