Great response - COVID considerations - and service

Had a leaking shower that got dramatically worse and a few other lingering issues. Called Wednesday and had a plumber out Thursday AM. Joe was professional, communicated well, and worked efficiently. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Our experience in working with Caccia plumbing has always been positive. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Recently, we had a leak related to our tankless water heater. I called at 9am and they had us scheduled for later that same day. Next, I got a text stating that the truck was in route, included was the name of the plumber (Joe), along with his photo. When Joe arrived, he quickly identified the problem and had multiple solutions to offer. He gave me the pros and cons of each, as well as the associated costs. Once we agreed on the plan, he quickly obtained the necessary parts and had the job completed that afternoon. He explained the changes he had made and left the work area clean. We are very satisfied with Joe and Caccia Plumbing.

I called Caccia plumbing yesterday morning to replace our water heater that had suddenly stopped functioning the night before. My call was answered immediately and within a few minutes a same-day service call was arranged. Just 30 minutes later I received a call from Caccia service technician Jose who let me know he was already en route to my house. Jose arrived 10 minutes later in protective gear to safeguard us and himself against potential coronavirus infection.

After an informative conversation about current plumbing code requirements and an explanation of his detailed cost estimate, Jose called their warehouse for delivery of the Bradford White water heater I requested. Service technician Teddy arrived with the new water heater just 45 minutes later and the two technicians proceeded to lay thick protective floor coverings along the route from my back door to my basement.

The job required re-routing of some of our copper water pipes and included the addition of an expansion tank. Jose and Teddy worked diligently for most of the day and completed a very professional installation, at the cost originally quoted, before the day ended.

Jose and Teddy had the old water hauled away and cleaned up thoroughly including a sanitary wiping of all surfaces they touched during the day. How great to be taking a hot shower again less than 24 hours after my water heater failed! I could not be happier with Jose's and Teddy's expeditious, competent and friendly service and I will definitely call Caccia the next time I plumbing services.

Very thankful to Jack & Caccia plumbing for their swift professional service & complete attention to detail. After a few days of procrastination with a garbage disposal leak, we easily went and made an appointment online, and Jack arrived timely and prepared to fix the solution. He provided multiple solutions to our problem, and gave us the proper information to help us make an informed decision for our situation. After that, it was 50 minutes of clean quiet work, and we had a proper working new disposal & no more leaks. We actually did have another company come out before Caccia to quote the job. Their quote was a little less, however they were not professional or timely or prepared, and would choose Caccia over and over. I will just be calling Caccia from now on. Very thankful for their service & thankful for Jack for all of his help!

Our water heater broke and was leaking. Caccia plumbing came out and installed a new water heater. They worked from 8:00am until 7:00pm until the job was finished. They were excellent. Ofa was efficient, kind and curtious. He left our garage completely clean. Better than before started. I can't speak more highly of this company

Our crawl space was flooded after a previous plumber tried to snake the clog out unsuccessfully as he broke a thread of drain pipe. Andrei Crivoseev from Caccia Plumbing came to give me an estimate. He was very thorough and professional. He gave me a detailed explanation of what the problem is and how they are going to solve it. He suggested that the whole galvanized plumbing needs to be replaced by ABS. Jack Hoyer came the next day, on-time and worked very professionally and got the job done. He was very knowledgeable and was patient in answering all my questions. Even though Caccia was slightly expensive, I would definitely recommend for their quality work.

Teddy from Caccia Plumbing installed a new water heater for us, Anthony specified the job. They both were knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. Teddy was the most organized person I have ever seen--he was on site a half hour early and while he was working had his tools and materials lined up precisely.

They were respectful of the house, laying down floor protection runner and putting on new shoe covers . Without a doubt I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had our water heater go out during the early morning. Noticed when we woke up, called Caccia Plumbing, they came within a half hour. New water heater installed, brought up to code by the afternoon.

Ed and Joseph were great! Both were very professional, punctual and did quality work! Forgot to add, both Joseph and Ed came with masks, gloves and sterilized the soles of their shoes making us feel comfortable regarding COVID-19.

We would recommend them to everyone!

Our kitchen faucet wouldn't stop dripping and the folks at Caccia made the process simple and stress-free, even when considering the Shelter in Place. The call to Caccia was handled professionally and the appointment was made for the next morning. Ofa Veimau was on time and well prepared. He was professional when assessing our situation and was able to provide options with regards to replacing the faucet. He did the job quickly and well. The end result was better than we anticipated. Would definitely recommend Caccia Plumbing!
