I live in San Diego. My previous review said I was in San Francisco.

Called them at 10:00 PM on the Friday night of Labor Day Weekend. They answered the phone! I asked if they could send someone out tomorrow to help get the power back on in 1/3 of the house. They came at 9:30 Saturday morning and tracked down the problem and solved it in a couple of hours. Very reasonable cost. They recommended further work to keep the problem from happening again. Too many things on one circuit! They crawled around and tested every item in the line until they found the problem. I was so impressed that I asked them to come back next week and solve the BIG PROBLEM for me. Thanks Lowell and Lowell! You are the best!

Better late than never to post! I called these guys last minute to do an electric job for me at a condo that I use for a rental property. I had gotten a washer and dryer unit that needed a certain type of outlet that didn't exist. These guys were able to wire around the unit and create an outlet that worked brilliantly. I highly recommend these guys. Great guys, great work, and fairly priced!

Lowell is great! He has done several projects on our 1950s Point Loma house. He's comfortable working with our existing/original wiring when possible and putting anything new on an updated electric system that he installed -- a very pragmatic approach so we weren't stuck with the bill of re-wiring our house all at once. He's reasonable priced, responsive, dependable, and committed to getting the job done right!

Cabrillo Electric is top notch. My family and I just purchased a plug in hybrid and were looking for the best deal from a qualified and licensed electrician to install a Level 2 charger. Unfortunately we didn't see their message when they messaged me about beating our other bids by a good amount. If your looking for a licensed electrician with great communication, and VERY competitive pricing, look into Cabrillo. We will definitely be using Cabrillo for our next electrical project.

I had a great experience with this company. They gave me a free estimate and kept their word on it. The father and son worked nonstop to electrically wire all the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in my two story home. They completed the project in one day and patched up all the holes that were made for the wiring. They also cleaned up afterwards. It was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a company. They even tested the detectors multiple times to make sure that they all ran in unison. They did a great job and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone!
