Since 2005, Build Craft Inc. has been a licensed General Contractor specializing in handyman repairs and home management services. I love providing outstanding craftsmanship for home improvements! Growing up, I spent countless hours building projects in the garage with my father. I graduated with a BS in Construction Engineering Management from CSU Sacramento. For the first twelve years of my career, I worked as a project manager for a steel fabricator. I craved the fulfillment of hands-on work, which led me to establish Build Craft Inc. I am dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship in home improvements.
I typically schedule my work on a time and materials basis. This method allows me to maintain high standards and foster open communication. A fixed price can lead contractors to cut corners and overlook client needs. Profitability can rise when cheaper materials are used, jobs are rushed, and issues are ignored.

G M.We needed a hole in a wall, some new outlet receptacles, a new kitchen faucet installed, and a ceiling fan repair.
For a very reasonable price, Terrell from Build Craft provided exceptional service and communication along the way. I liked how he used a vacuum cleaner during demo in order to minimize the dust in the house. I also liked how too extra steps for quality work including adding putty to dry wall to ensure rigidity. I liked the fact that he used high-end drywall instead of the cheapest available. I liked how he took his time in measuring and discussing options with me. On the electrical side, I liked how he explained that the wiring of the receptacles was less than ideal and then he explained how he does it and why it's better even though it takes a little more time. Terrell has literally made our lives better. We now have a room that we can use more often. We now have a great looking and functioning kitchen faucet that doesn't leak. We now have a working ceiling fan. We now have a bunch of new electrical outlets that are safer, more reliable, and can actually hold plugs. There is no questioning the skill of his work. With that said, the next time I need work done in my house, Terrell and Build Craft will be the first one I call. I have no hesitation in recommending Terrell and Build Craft to my family and friends.
