Since its inception in 2005, Build Craft Inc. has focused on handyman repairs and home management as a licensed General Contractor. I love providing outstanding craftsmanship for home improvements! I spent a lot of my youth constructing things with my Dad in our garage. I pursued a BS in Construction Engineering Management at CSU Sacramento. My initial twelve years in the industry were spent as a project manager at a steel fabricator. I longed for the hands-on satisfaction of working directly with my craft, so I launched Build Craft Inc. I strive to ensure quality craftsmanship in every home improvement project.

The majority of my work is done on a time and materials basis. Working this way helps me deliver quality results and maintain open lines of communication. When contractors work for a fixed price, they may neglect client needs and cut corners. Profitability can rise when cheaper materials are used, jobs are rushed, and issues are ignored.
