I just got off the phone with Bill. Several outlets stopped working in our house last night, including the refrigerator! The usual fixes weren't working for us. Because it was raining, he couldn't come out, so he walked me through the ""correct"" way to reset the fuse box and reset the outlets in the kitchen. Yes, I probably should have known how to do this myself, but he was so patient and helpful. I'll definitely be calling him for future work!

I would say Bill Lopez is wonderful, he has been to my house twice now and was very good at explaining what needs to be done. He does a great job at finding the problem and resolving it, I had my living room lights and television go off and not sure why but he came to the rescue!! Called him back again to hook up a spa and again great service. He is a one of a kind guy. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

WOW!!! 15 STARS for Bill Lopez is the greatest electrician in San Diego!

I had an electrical emergency...no power, no wi-fi, no computer and I had called 4 other electricians and was put on hold for long amounts of time with no appointment.

Then I called Billy Lopez at Budget Electric. OMG, he directly answered the phone himself, and talked me through FaceTime and fixed my problem with no charge plus extra suggestions for labeling my panel.

I told him I would be very happy to pay him but he said ""no charge"". So I am at least writing him a review instead. So if you want the best electrician in town...FUN FREE and KNOWLEDGEABLE...call Billy. (I can't guarantee the free part...I think I was just lucky).

Billy came over right after I spoke with him and fixed my electrical issue. I'd been on the phone all day trying to find somebody who could help me out and he was the first person who listened to my concern and had a quick solution. He was a lifesaver! Too bad I can only give Bill and his company 5 stars. He deserves more. I'm a retired contractor and architect, so I have worked with hundreds of electricians over the past three decades and I rarely post reviews, but I want everyone to know how good these guys are. Bill and Javier's dedication, knowledge, skill, and ""get it done"" attitude set them apart from all of the other electricians I've worked with. Our commercial service project was very complex and it had to be completed in a very short time-frame. Every time his custom equipment suppliers, the city permit office, and SDG&E tried to throw up a roadblock that would have killed our schedule, Bill simply refused to take ""No"" for an answer. He pushed and prodded and moved mountains and got it done. All for a fair price. He simply has an outstanding dedication to his customers and his craft. I only wish I had met him earlier in my career so that I could have had the pleasure of working with him for many years. If you're looking for a ""Yes I Can"" kind of guy, call Bill and he'll take care of you. These guys are that good.

Bill and Jose did a great job putting in some outdoor wiring for our driveway gates. They were able to fish wiring through our 90 year old house. Inside, wherever they had to remove paneling, they replaced it better than the way they found it. Outside, they had to trench through our lawn and did so in a way that you can't tell where the trench was. Also had to cut and trench across driveway in two places. The patching was very neatly done. Very competent and thorough job.

We were looking for an electrician to come out and install a 240 VAC Nema 6-50 receptacle on its own breaker for a charger for our electric car. Got a few quotes, Santee Budget Electric hands down was the best price. Bill Lopez from Santee Budget Electric was professional, on-time, communicated when he was on his way, knowledgeable of the task and did a fabulous job. After the job was complete, he left the area clean. No doubt we will use Santee Budget Electric again.
