This company was assigned to my claim by American Home Shield. Looking at their reviews, I would never have hired them myself. AHS said Budget would call me within 24 hours to schedule an appointment. Four days later, I had not heard from Budget so I called them. Their outgoing message stated the fastest way to reach them was via email, so I left them a voicemail and also sent them an email with my information.

At 8:00 the next morning they sent me an email saying their office doesn't open for an hour and they'd call me then. That call never came. Three days later at 1:20 in the afternoon a woman called to set an appointment for today between 11:00 to 1:00. I changed a few errands around in the morning and waited...and waited ...and waited. They never showed - they never called.

I called American Home Shield back and they made numerous attempts to reach Budget. When they finally spoke to someone in the office, Budget gave several different implausible excuses and said they'd call me immediately. That was over five hours ago, not surprising, that call never came and their business is now closed.

After much back-and-forth with AHS, I told them there was no way I would reschedule with this company. This isn't a one time thing. In looking at the reviews this is the way they operate. There is no concern for the customer's time or inconvenience.

My home warranty works with this service. I had an issue with the outlets in my living room. The electrician came and fixed it quickly. The guy is professional, and polity. After he took the outlets out, there were dusts on the floor. He even tried to clean up the dusts. Gave 4 stars as my issue is too small to tell if they are very good for fixing more complicated issues. The electrician's name is Miguel if I didn't get it wrong.

Really happy with Mikes electrical genius. He replaced our two bad outdoor GFCI outlets so now we can have our patio LED lights working and now we can wash our car with the pressure washer. He is very clean, respectful, wears booties inside house, wears a mask, showed us hood vaccination certificate. Would be happy to use him again.

We love Abraham and Mike from Budget Electric. We originally found them through our home warranty company, but they've been back to re-wire and install a photocell and outdoor fixtures. The electrician that came out to perform the diagnostic and repair didn't even want to listen to me or check into the issues I was telling him. As soon as I told him the microwave was tripping the fuse, he immediately just told me I need a dedicated circuit for the microwave but he didn't even check if the outlet was good or if something is wrong with the microwave; he didn't even go near it (I later on hired another company, their electrician was able to figure out the issue and the microwave works fine without tripping a fuse now). And for another issues with a tripping fuse, he was so confident that it was the breaker that was causing the issue and replaced it, but later on I found out the breaker he replaced wasn't even connected to the appliance that was tripping the fuse! In fact, the breaker he replaced wasn't connected to anything at all! It was a waste of money, never again!

We had budget electric because of AHS.

The electrician broke light/fan in the main restroom while trying to fix fan in the guest restroom. Then he blame the insulation company for breaking the conjunction box in the attic. We need to pay him $240 for further inspection on the attic and the insulation company should fix it instead of budget electric.

I called budget electric many times and the phone is not reachable for more of the time. Finally someone answered the phone but refuse to admit their fault.

I ended up finding another electrician, who inspected the attic and found no conjunction box.

I appreciated his knowledge and skills, and courteous manner. Everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. We would use Budget Electric in the future and recommend it to others.

Budget Electric is just so great!

1 other electrical company did not respond for days. Another electrician from another company came but was not able to fix the problem. I was getting frustrated!

But when I called Budget Electric, I was able to get an appointment right away.

Miguel (from Budget Electric) came on time, was very professional, and took no time to diagnose the problem. He explained to me my options and then replaced the breaker that was causing the intermittent power failure and shutdown to a certain section of my house. And alas(!), the problem was solved.
