Made appt. online on Monday for Tuesday afternoon. Arrived on Time. Had fully equipped truck and knowledgeable electrician that took care of all my issues. I'll only call Bryant in the future. Great job.

Terrible experience. They tried to immediately change the $59 trip and inspection fee into $330, without doing anything. Then they confirmed what I reported and told me what I could do to try and troubleshoot myself. Anything further was 330.
Don't expect much if you call them for help.

I initially called another electrical contractor but they couldn't start on the job for a month (our property had NO electric at all working!) - i researched a bit and found Bryant -- their estimate was a bit lower than the other company and they could start immediately!... Amazing communication from both the office and the electrician himself... we are VERY satisfied!! The quality of the work is exceptional.

A tree branch pulled the electric meter off of the side of my house. I called Bryant the next morning and they showed up and fixed it the same. They were a little pricey ($1700), but they finished it in a timely fashion and it looked great. Sent 3 trucks out to make sure we had power by the end of the day.

It would be a 5-Star review but they are really expensive but I was on a time crunch. I had 2 outlets installed in my garage (one for the garage door opener and another for a water softener). The electrician tapped off an exiting outlet to run the two new outlets. That job was over $900 dollars and took him 3 hours to complete. I don't have an issue with the time but that's $300 an hour. NEVER AGAIN.

Price Gouging to the extreme!!! I was told over the phone that the cost for my work would be around 400-600 but they would charge me $59 to have the tech come out to give a more accurate estimate but the 59 would come off the price of the work. I said that was fair, scheduled the appt. The tech came out, he was on time and courteous. When he looked at the spot where i wanted a 220v outlet installed he said it would be 1400!!! I asked how i could get one price from the office and another from him and he stated that 'they don't see what i see' I asked what he saw..he couldn't tell me. The run was only about 50 ft. from the box and when i asked for a breakdown of parts vs labor he said they didn't do that. They charge by the job as a whole. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had 5 other bonded, insured and certified master electricians come to my house for FREE estimates and they were all around the $800 range give or take a bit with the same exact parts. I am highly suspicious of their pricing methods since they can't give me an itemized list of parts vs labor. They still charged me the $59! Guess if they are making $59/hr they don't really need to do actual electrical work.

I had a light fixture replaced and a couple of exterior outlet boxes replaced. The guy who came was Josh Figueroa. He was very helpful and friendly.

Replaced dimmer switch, bulbs and serial connection to the bog pump. Main problem was broken toilet exhaust fan & lamp. Had him swap the unit from upstairs toilet. Purchased a fan from Homedepot which did not fit. He though it could be a 5$ capacitor but he did not have the part. I ended up buying the entire unit online (150$) and fitting it myself. I paid 500$ for the other jobs ( labor only since all parts were on hand already) which is too much!

Called up a different time to enquire how much it would cost to add a separate breaker for a treadmill. The girl answering the phone said that it will cost 59$ to have someone come and quote. I asked for a ball park, low, high and most probable based on their past experience. She stated that it was policy to quote a price only after a visit ....

I requested an appointment ($59) from Bryant Electric Service because couple outlets in my rental property were not working according to my tenants. They responded very quickly. After the initial diagnosis, the electrician called to inform me that the issues were complicated so an in-depth diagnosis ($350 after waiving the initial $59 appointment fee) would be required. I didn't really have a choice since I was not present. I gave the technician permission to do the diagnosis. After the in-depth diagnosis , he told me that the GFCIs have tripped. All you need to do is to press the reset button. He continued to tell me that the two receptacle covers for the outlet located outside the house are damaged and that might have contributed to the GFCI tripping and recommended replacing them. I said ok and asked him for a quote. He told me it was $120 a piece. Honestly I have never purchased weather-proof receptacle covers before but that price struck me as ridiculously high. I asked him to explain to my tenants how to reset. While he was doing that, I went on Home Depot website and searched for the price. The price ranges from $5-$25 a piece. I called him back and asked him what is the difference between the one he quoted me on and the ones sold in Home Depot. He said his company carries different brand. When I asked him what brand it is, he said he didn't remember. I didn't agree for him to install them so he left. And I did end up buying $8 a piece from Lowe's and replaced them myself. So there I paid $350 for him to tell me resetting the buttons next time when it happened. The electrician is very knowledgeable no doubt. I don't hold this against the electrician himself a bit. But there is obviously something going on with how the company asks their employee to get more money out of the customers unfairly. I will never recommend their service to anyone.
