John arrived in under 20 minutes when I recently had an emergency situation where my lights were flickering wildly and several appliances had overheated. He was competent, congenial, and professional, and immediately figured out that the problem was with an ""open"" neutral wire from the PG&E feed. He helped me contact PG&E, and was still present when the PG&E truck arrived and made sure that they had properly solved the problem. On top of that, his rates were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again if the need arises.
