Todd and Dave brought our 1960's house into the 21st century. They installed all the electrical wiring for new kitchen changing our old dangerous aluminum wiring. Truth is our home was a fire waiting to happen. If they say they will be at your home at a certain time, they will be there. Can't say enough about them and their company.

Todd did an awesome job. I had an issue with a GFI that wouldn't reset, he had it working in less than 10 minutes and showed me how to fix the problem next time. He's on speed dial for the next time I need an electrician!

Todd and Dave were a Christmas miracle. We had a circuit breaker go bad at the wrong time...we were just starting on 10 dozen Christmas cookies that were due by days end when the stove wouldn't turn on. These guys showed up promptly, replaced the breaker, did it with Covid courtesy and we were back in business baking cookies. They will now be our go to electricians.

The communication at Bright Idea is incredible from beginning to end of the process. What really sets this company apart from the rest is that they are able to give a free quote over the phone and they patch the walls so you dont have to work with multiple contractors. They really make the process easy and convenient. We had a large project, but Todd was able to start immediately which was awesome. Todd was able to provide recommendations, but was not pushy. The invoice and estimate were itemized so it was clear and easy to understand.
As a person unfamiliar with electrical work I was nervous going into this process, but they made the experience really easy and stressfree.

If I could give Bright Idea more than 5 's, I would!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had 2 other estimates for my dryer issue ~ one was outrageous; the other said I needed a new dryer (which is almost brand new!). Todd from Bright Electric knew what the problem was, installed a dryer booster and a designated electrical switch. The fee was so reasonable , I thought he'd made a mistake. His work was spotless, he finished before his estimated time and his professionalism was outstanding!! I highly recommended Bright Idea for any of your electrical needs!!
