Company Overview

A proud 21-year veteran of the US Navy, I served as an Electrician's Mate. Throughout my career, I pursued continuous education to enhance my skills.

In 2002, after my Navy retirement, I understood that working again would maintain my mental acuity. The owner of Brian's Electric & Property Management is Brian Schmidt. Following 21 years in the Navy, he moved to Florida to enjoy a well-deserved break. Yet, after 13 years of relaxation, he felt a sense of boredom and chose to apply his expertise.

He truly enjoys tackling electrical tasks, whether they are large or small. There’s a thrill in flipping the switch when the job is complete and seeing the project come alive.
