Company Overview

A proud 21-year veteran of the US Navy, I served as an Electrician's Mate. I committed to ongoing education during my career.

In 2002, after my Navy retirement, I understood that working again would maintain my mental acuity. The owner of Brian's Electric & Property Management is Brian Schmidt. He settled in Florida post-Navy to unwind and enjoy life. Yet, after 13 years of relaxation, he felt a sense of boredom and chose to apply his expertise.

Brian finds satisfaction in handling electrical jobs, regardless of their scale. There’s a thrill in flipping the switch when the job is complete and seeing the project come alive.
