Company Overview

A proud 21-year veteran of the US Navy, I served as an Electrician's Mate. I engaged in continuous learning to stay updated in my field.

In 2002, after my Navy retirement, I understood that working again would maintain my mental acuity. Brian Schmidt is the founder of Brian's Electric & Property Management. Following 21 years in the Navy, he moved to Florida to enjoy a well-deserved break. However, after 13 years of leisure, he found himself feeling restless and decided to put his skills to use.

He truly enjoys tackling electrical tasks, whether they are large or small. There’s a thrill in flipping the switch when the job is complete and seeing the project come alive.
