Company Overview

I dedicated 21 years to the US Navy, specializing as an Electrician's Mate. Throughout my career, I pursued continuous education to enhance my skills.

In 2002, after my Navy retirement, I understood that working again would maintain my mental acuity. The owner of Brian's Electric & Property Management is Brian Schmidt. After his Navy service, he relocated to Florida for some relaxation. But after 13 years of downtime, he experienced boredom and opted to utilize his skills.

He truly enjoys tackling electrical tasks, whether they are large or small. He feels a rush when he flips the switch at the end of a project, watching it spring to life.
