Dan Bechtel has a strong background in construction. He gained experience at Jack LaLane Spas and Lawrence Welk Resorts in their construction and maintenance divisions. In 1989, he faced job loss during a real estate slump but won a commercial vacuum at a Dunn Edward Golf tournament. This led him to create Dan Bechtel Maintenance Services, which offered janitorial and handyman services to real estate businesses in the Temecula Valley. In 1995, he obtained his Contractor's License #772761, which evolved into BPSI Construction and Maintenance, serving commercial, industrial, and public agency properties across Southern California. Dan believes in continually reinventing oneself and one’s business to adapt to new trends and technologies.
