Dan Bechtel has deep roots in the construction industry. Dan worked in construction and maintenance at Jack LaLane Spas and Lawrence Welk Resorts. In 1989, during a downturn in real estate, he lost his job but won a commercial vacuum cleaner at a Dunn Edward Golf tournament. This motivated him to establish Dan Bechtel Maintenance Services, offering janitorial and handyman services to real estate firms in the Temecula Valley. He received his Contractor's License #772761 in 1995, which transitioned into BPSI Construction and Maintenance, catering to commercial, industrial, and public agency properties throughout Southern California.
