Bonnie is engaging in elder financial abuse!!!

My 85 year old mother-in-law,who is also blind, called Bonnie Plumbing when her A/C system went out. Bonnie sent out a sales representative who told her that the A/C system needed to be replaced. They recommended a replacement system that would cost $56,000.00 (one unit) and that she qualified for a senior discount that would lower the price to $46,211.00. The paperwork was all done on the representative's phone with my mother-in-law not being able to read the fine print. The representative did not even offer to read the contract to her. I have called Bonnie Plumbing several times on several days to speak with a manager or owner without a single callback.

I called a licensed contractor ATS Heating & Air and got him to come out to my mother-in-law home on Mother's Day at 7:00 pm. He found a broken fuse and replaced it immediately. The system is now running perfectly and only cost $185.00 to repair.
