We had a plumbing backup from the kitchen to the garage drains. We were unable to use the kitchen sink or the dishwasher. We made and appointment with Bonney on a Sunday. Our technician Quinton was focused on excellence.He was both knowledgeable and very helpful.He fixed the problem in a timely manner and pricing was affordable. I called Bonney to get a price on a 5 ton system. The service advisor was okay and do not have any issues with him. However, the price he quoted me to replace my AC was outrageously high. I called three reputable contractors to get a price on replacing my system. All gave me a price of 12K to 19K for a unit from basic to premium with a top of line AC. The price Bonney quoted me was $22K to 38K. That is Bonney's prices are $10K to $20K MORE than others. This price was for the middle of the road AC and not even the top of the line. I call this HIGHWAY RUBBERY. NO WAY BONNEY YOU WILL HAVE MY BUSINESS FOR SUCH AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE.

I was referred to this company via Tesla's home charger website, with the clear winner in most reviews.

I was able to have a tech come out (Cole C.) within a few days for a free estimate. He was able to answer all questions in layman's terms, while being kind and cordial. He was able to provide an estimate the day of, with an appointment made to install it just a few days later.

He was on time on the install day and provided a quick install within his approximated time frame. It was clear he knew what he was doing. He even went above and beyond and moved the outlet out of the way of the charger so that I could continue to use it in the future.

Overall, I'd recommend this company for any and all future needs, but especially anyone needing a Tesla charger installed.

Excellent customer service! I called around to other AC companies before selecting Bonney and i am so glad i did. They had the best prices and was able to come out the next day instead of waiting 5 days for other companies. I fortunately got the service tech Kirk Evans who was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us by telling us what needs to be performed monthly/yearly to keep our system in good shape and he even showed us how to clean our unit by cleaning it for us . I'm very happy with Bonney and signed up for yearly maintenance.
