I called Bonnie Plumbing up today to get a second opinion on a repair for my HVAC. Turns out that a second opinion is free. That didn't matter to Robert Castle who took the time to explain to me what was going on with my unit and he was able to climb to the top of my roof to check out my equipment. And was very very pleasant. I get the impression that Bonnie Plumbing has a real commitment to customer service and Robert is an excellent representative of that company.

I give you an overall A+++ not only for your professionalism and positive, cheerful interaction with your customers, but the fact that you took the time to explain, with diagrams, and even went so far as to take pictures of my heater and showed them to me so I could visualize and understand how my heater is functioning made all the difference! You left everything clean and in place when you were done, and you even wore shoe covers. Thank you again for a job well done! Brice and Casey were timely, competent, professional, and considerate. The toilet had been acting up for awhile. They came out when they said they were coming out and didn't make a mess as they put in a new toilet for us. Thank you Brice and Casey.

I called and requested an estimate for duct cleaning. I was told they had to send out. The gentleman that came to my home was very respectful. He inspected my furnace, ducts and central air. He showed me pictures he had taken and explained all the problems with my system.

I agreed it had issues and asked for an estimate. He wanted to know about other decision makers and I said my husband would be making the decision with me.

He then attempted to set up another meeting for an hour and a half because another person would need to come and see anything

I explained that I just needed an estimate. I.e.""new furnace =X, duct cleaning =Y, etc."" He explained that he did not have those numbers.

My impression was that the company ran on shock and close... Take pics of a dirty, old system and then send a closer in to clinch the sale. No thanks. I really just want a general estimate so I can make a comparison between companies.

Ronil was amazing, I really just wanted a quote and I received that and more. He actually did his best to troubleshot a problem with a couple outlets and did not charge me.

Took about a week or two for the appointment. Receive email reminder and a call that they were within 30 minutes away during the 4 hour appointment time. The one thing I would change would be a tighter appointment window 2 vs 4 hours for example.

Jeremy and Patrick came out this morning to provide us an estimate on proactively replacing our water heater. They were very thorough in their explanations of tanked vs tankless, considerations. An estimate was emailed with two options. Friendly and professional. They let me know of coupons and specials they have going on which is appreciated.

charged $49.99 for service - wanted over $500 to clean out the coils! Service technicians couldn't be trusted - showed me a picture of the coils- instead of letting me see out in the garage. I told then you already have it opened why would it cost so much?
I clean my filters on a regular basis.
Not trustworthy - call someone else.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, but this company is appallingly awful. Our AC was having some issues, but still blowing some cold air nonetheless, but after they sent someone to check it out it and gave us a quote that was much more expensive than we could afford, our AC completely stopped working.
At first we thought it was a coincidence, but then they kept calling us incessantly asking if we were sure we didn't want them to repair the AC. Also, after we found a good friend to fix the AC for us it turns out that one very crucial part had been disconnected and all it needed was a new thermometer.
How is this even legal?
