Bringing 40+ years of expertise in both commercial and residential construction, I specialize in fundamental electrical tasks, plumbing, painting, drywall installation, and finishing. I provide tile installation, cabinetry, and all types of finish carpentry, including ClosetMaid shelving systems and custom welding for iron railings. I possess knowledge in concrete construction and formwork, overseeing projects from the base to the final touches. I no longer take on roofing or HVAC systems, but I am well-versed in all other aspects of home and business systems. However, I avoid three-phase power and fire systems in commercial restaurants.
