Bringing 40+ years of expertise in both commercial and residential construction, I focus on essential electrical services, plumbing, painting, sheetrock, and finishing work, My skills extend to tile installation, cabinetry, and all types of finish carpentry, such as ClosetMaid shelving and custom iron railing welding for handrails. I possess knowledge in concrete construction and formwork, managing projects from the foundation to completion. I have stepped away from roofing and heating/air conditioning systems, but I have extensive knowledge of other home and business systems. However, I avoid three-phase power and fire systems in commercial restaurants.
