Bringing 40+ years of expertise in both commercial and residential construction, I specialize in plumbing, electrical systems, painting, drywall installation, and finishing. My expertise extends to tile installation, cabinetry, and all types of finish carpentry, including ClosetMaid shelves and custom welding for iron railings. I am well-versed in concrete construction and formwork, overseeing projects from the base to the final touches. While I no longer work on roofing or HVAC systems, I am knowledgeable about all other facets of residential and commercial construction. That said, I avoid working with three-phase power and fire systems in restaurants.
