Bringing 40+ years of expertise in both commercial and residential construction, I excel in basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, drywall, and drywall finishing, I also offer tile laying, cabinetry, and comprehensive finish carpentry services, including ClosetMaid shelving and custom iron railing welding for handrails. I possess knowledge in concrete and formwork, managing projects from the foundation to completion. I no longer take on roofing or HVAC systems, yet I am knowledgeable about all other home and business systems. However, I do not work with three-phase power or fire systems in commercial kitchens.
