Service calls for HVAC and Plumbing are billed at $150 an hour with a one-hour minimum; Electrical service calls are $90 per hour with a minimum of 1.5 hours. We operate from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
Calls made after 5 PM are billed at $225 an hour. Our team is available around the clock.

BDMEP showed up on time. They gave me a one quote prior to starting the work. I approved, they did the work and I was happy with the work performed. The issue was when I got the bill. It was almost $80 more than what they quoted me when onsite. They claimed that the parts were more expensive than normal. I got the bill the next day as they don't allow the techs to take payment, and the bill was almost $80 more than what was originally quoted, so buyer beware. What they quote may not be what they expect you to pay...
BTW, I was also asked for a review prior to receiving the bill.. The bill was adjusted to meet expectations once I brought it up to their attention.
After learning of my experience, the company admitted this was not how their services are typically carried out and offered me a full refund. For owning up to their mistakes, I am changing my review to five stars.
