Service calls for HVAC and Plumbing are billed at $150 an hour with a 1-hour minimum; For Electrical services, we charge $90 per hour with a 1.5-hour minimum requirement. You can reach us during Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
After-hours service calls are priced at $225 an hour. You can count on us for service calls any time, day or night.

Michael L.BDMEP showed up on time. They gave me a one quote prior to starting the work. I approved, they did the work and I was happy with the work performed. The issue was when I got the bill. It was almost $80 more than what they quoted me when onsite. They claimed that the parts were more expensive than normal. I got the bill the next day as they don't allow the techs to take payment, and the bill was almost $80 more than what was originally quoted, so buyer beware. What they quote may not be what they expect you to pay...
BTW, I was also asked for a review prior to receiving the bill.. The bill was adjusted to meet expectations once I brought it up to their attention.
