A friend recommended Blalock and I personally prefer to go with the smaller businesses opposed to the Solar giants. I purchased my Solar panels in December 2022, they installed my panels in March and I didn't pass SCE inspection until April. Finally SCE turned my solar on last week. The installation was sloppy and their bolts went through my patio beams. They did send a worker out the next day when I called to fix it. The rating was 4-star because I was also disappointed with the lack of communication for customer service.

They handled dealing with my HOA, they handled getting the permits in time, and the work that was done was clean. So far the unit and their customer service has been top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Great attention to detail, yet speedy work. Victor/Victoria's crew came in and knocked out a 16 panel install in no time at all. Would highly recommend them for any solar needs. Sara does a great job of communicating appointments and steps in the process.

Blalock installed my solar system about two years ago and did a great job. With all the torrential rain my roof sprang a leak. The installation came with a 10 year roof warranty and Melanie was super helpful setting up the repair inspection. Leonard called ahead and showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and made quick work of the repairs keeping me updated for the duration.
This is a great team and you'd be foolish to have anyone else install your solar!

I can go down the list all the the things wrong and still going wrong . Only now I have sunnova coming out to try to solve my never ending saga . If I didn't have a contract with sunnova these panels would be off my roof . Very unhappy customer.
