Here's the thing I had a great experience when Leland sent David out to my property for a light install.. I wanted to hire them again, but Leland ghosted me. Never responded to text never responded to calls I don't get it.. I just now read reviews saying that he had done that to them as well. It's so odd. I had the best experience on the first job but the second job I guess it was just too small or they were just not interested sad I really thought they were great company..

Very disappointed. Leland seems a great guy. Came out and had a solution to a complex problem and sent quote which I accepted. Then ghosted with ""family problems "" the reason. Absolutely no reply to any calls or texts.
Feel badly for his situation but wonder why he simply disappeared.
Wondering why he answered a similar complaint on Yelp with same excuse.
The least you can do, pal...

These guys are the best. I had a situation at home and another electrician from a different company made things worse and tried to overcharge us, so I called B&K in desperation. Leland was really helpful right from the beginning, being very communicative, even tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. Their pricing was transparent and reasonable. They sent someone to fix the problem very soon, and when the same problem occurred on the same circuit a day after their initial visit, they sent someone same-day to fix it again with no additional charge. The electricians were also very respectful and communicated with us very clearly. My experience with B&K has been very positive so far and I'm very thankful of them.

You know how some people have lawyers and doctors and therapists? Well, I have electricians and they are B&K. They communicate. They are professional. They show up when they say they will. They are clean. And THEY DO THE WORK!

I reside in a 10 unit TIC (condo complex) in Rampart Village. Moved in 9 months ago. At the time we had awful festoon (aka string) lights in the common area, installed by the builder/remodeler. They needed to be replaced and properly installed this time. Also have a wonderful old 1920s concrete column with an orb (sphere) globe atop. It needed wiring installed to work.

A member of our board knows the folks at B & K, decided to have them do the install. We're not the easiest folks to work for as there were several opinions on how things should be done. Bottom line? We got a WORLD CLASS professional installation, the lights look and work magnificently.

The orb was a special challenge. They had to run UL class 2 (low voltage) cable under the walkway, install a sensor + transformer. It was not easy; however, they came up with the perfect way to do this and got it done.

I have spent over 40 years of my life working in the electrical industry. I've seen 1,000+ contractors do work. It's rare that I personally am pleased when it comes to electrical work. But this time I am 100% satisfied as these folks exceeded my expectations.

If you need electrical work done and you're as fussy as I am? Call them.
