Our HOA recommended them so we called but he told us to text them to schedule. We did and he did not respond... we pinged again and all he responded was ""Tomorrow PM"" ... we requested specific time and he never responded nor showed up nor followed up.
We reported to HOA and will be scheduling with someone else. Terrible experience before the actual service. Being non-responsive is the easiest and they screwed up on that one. I don't trust them.

I have never posted a review but this company is very reliable, honest and extremely helpful. We had a problem with a new appliance and he went above and beyond to help us the evening before Thanksgiving. He even offered to come on Thanksgiving if we needed him.

So glad we called these guys - one of the few electricians to pick up your call and keep in touch with call backs etc. Half our house was out. Alexis scheduled an onsite eval very next day and within one hour the guys identified and fixed the issue. We are on a budget and they we so understanding and saved us heaps of cash - what a breath of fresh air - its companies like this that put big business to shame - go BK you guys are the best !

Excellent work. I have called them now 3 or 4 times and each time has been professional, top quality service. Leland will come out to quote you and then he sends one of his crew to do the job. If there is a problem or they are going to be late, he calls. Couldn't be happier with the results. You're in good hands.
