We have had a couple of electrical issues that needed to be addressed. I called Bit Electrical out of a Diamond Certified book that I had. Sergey, the owner was very responsive and got right back to me. He came out within a few days. We went over everything and he made a couple of suggestions that made sense since he was going to be here. Work was agreed to as time and materials. On the day of repairs, Sergey came out with his guy and showed him everything. Work was done efficiently and care was taken to cover up counters and floors. Sergey himself came back for a fan/ vent replacement that needed two men to do. When the original guy had to leave at the end of the day, others guys were right here to take over and finish the job so they didn't have to come back. So happy I found Bit Electrical!

I was in a panic when our power went out and the main circuit breaker switch broke. Sergey came quickly (about 15 minutes) and was able to track down the part, replace some wires, and fix everything quickly. That was a big load off my mind!

I'm so relieved that I found an electrician contractor so understating, fair and informative about an issue I had with PG&E. PG&E snapped my weather line cable and opened a whole can of worms when I found out that I had to find a electrician by myself to fix it and upgrade my electrical panel.
