I found Bit Electrical through Yelp. Sergey responded to my inquiry about an EV charger installation. We scheduled an appointment for later in the week for a free in-home estimate. He arrived on time and quickly assessed my garage, basement, and electrical panel which I ended up upgrading as well. Sergey and his team came on the scheduled day, installed the charger, and connected it to my new electrical panel. He labeled everything for me and demonstrated how it worked.

I placed a Yelp service request and Sergey responded quickly with a reasonable quote. I asked that he call me and he immediately did so. We scheduled an appointment for the following day and he showed up promptly. He knew right away what the issue was with our door bells and buzzards that were not working and fixed it. He was quick and very friendly.

Serge and his team rewired our house to replace our old knob and tube wiring. Serge responded promptly and had a team in the house starting work within a week of my initial contact. Both the initial estimate and final invoice for the job were reasonable even with some fun surprises unique to our house. They kept us updated every step of the way.

I couldn't be happier with the quality of work. Every room in the house as well as the garage were rewired while both my wife and I worked from home with as little disruption as possible. Serge and his team were extremely friendly, communicative, and committed to doing everything the right way while keeping us (and our dog) happy. I had Bit Electrical back again and they did not disappoint. Serge stopped by during the weekend during off hours to provide me with a quote. His team of Alex and Michael were punctual and did a great job just like the two previous jobs. They installed recessed lights and changed outlets with ease and again cleaned everything before they left. I can't wait to have them return for future projects.
