I'm so relieved that I found an electrician contractor so understating, fair and informative about an issue I had with PG&E. PG&E snapped my weather line cable and opened a whole can of worms when I found out that I had to find a electrician by myself to fix it and upgrade my electrical panel. Serge came same day to give me a reasonable quote. Not only the quote was fair but he was understanding and very confident about his work. Did I mention this company is Diamond certified! Serge's staff was very thorough, friendly and patient. I highly recommend this company to help with all electric needs. Super happy with my decision to go with Bit Electrical. My uncle made the mistake of shutting all the power out in our house and we had no idea how toack on. It was very important to me that I find a licensed electrician, not just an ordinary one, and one that could come on the same day. He literally got here in FIFTEEN MINUTES from my phone call and fixed our problem. He was also very polite!

I contacted Serge to obtain an estimate for installing electrical wiring for a new cooktop and fan. He came over to the house that evening and provided a reasonable estimate. While it was not generally something he perform in his line of work, Serge agreed to install the cooktop and fan in addition to the wiring. Serge did a great job! I would use his services again in the future.
