Ben came in and gave me a quote for putting my garage security light on a different circuit than the rest of the lights in my garage. He gave me a quote involving rewiring my entire garage. However, Conejo Valley Home Services examined my garage and ended up simply changing the connections in the garage switch box, saving me hundreds of dollars. Hence, the name Big Ben Mounts.

I am not big on posting unless I'm wow'd, and Shalom and Anton exceeded my expectations. My project was trickier than they expected given the height of my fireplace and the size of the tv (98"") but they stuck with the original estimate, didn't try to screw me on the charge for the new mount that would be needed, and were transparent about what needs to be done today and things we can consider to improve on the setup in the future. The hardest part of working with a service provider is trusting that they won't screw you over because you don't know what you don't know, and this team earned my trust. I look forward to working with them on additional projects to improve upon my home entertainment sound and control setup. Added bonus is that they are genuinely nice people!
