Shlomi did a great job purchasing and mounting my 65 inch tv. He had to run a few HDMI cables about 25 feet through the wall and did a great job. He mounted a few shelves for me inside the closet which are sturdy and fit well. I am very pleased and happy to have found Big Ben Mounts.

I do not understand how this business got 5 stars as they do not even pick up their telephones when you call. I called on 2 separate occasions and the call always goes to a prerecorded voice mail system. I clearly enunciated my name and number twice, and never did I receive a call to setup an appointment. I called several days later to try to get ahold of someone again to let them know I have not heard from anyone, and sure enough the same recording comes on to leave information. Unbelievable, in todays day and age of customer service driven businesses competing, how this small business can be so arrogant to think people have to keep calling them back to ""pay them money"" to do a basic service. To top all of this, I was a past client of theirs many years ago. I guess they have too much business that they don't care to even hire someone to return calls. Or either that, they are too cheap to pay someone a minimal hourly rate to answer their telephone calls. Needless to say I went with another tv installer and they received our business. Good luck getting ahold of them.

Shlomi is just wonderful. We had them wall mount our TV many years ago, and then had him back recently to instal surround sound that we purchased through Big Ben Mounts, exterior speakers, and our new TV. Both times he's been fantastic.

Not only does he do a quality job, he's also a genuinely nice guy. We had an issue with our TV (purchased from another retailer, not Shlomi, although I would have purchased from him if I were able to do it over again), and I ended up having to exchange it, but it was too large to fit in my car with all my kids carseats in it. He went above and beyond and loaded up the TV in his truck and followed me to the store with it so I could exchange it and he could install the new one.

He's knowledgable, responsive, and takes pride in his quality work - what more could you ask for!

Contacted Big Ben Mounts for a dismount and a re-install at a new residence for my flatscreen TV. Outstanding service, arrived on time, professional and courteous. These guys know exactly what their doing, they work fast and efficient. End result beautiful flatscreen and sound bar on the wall no wires showing nice.

UPDATE:

I just had them come back out to dismount and remount my tv with the hidden wires! They did an incredible job and were very quick with everything. The price was fair as well. I can't recommend them enough!!

We made an appointment for 10am today that we made 3 weeks ago and put down a deposit to confirm the appointment. They no showed and when we called at 10:30a to see where they were they told us that they were no longer coming and were unable to come. They even called at 6pm the night before leaving a message confirming the appointment. Horrible horrible business practice! They have our money and decided not to show up! The man then tried to argue with my husband and I blaming us for their no show.

I wish I could give 6 stars! We wanted to have our tv mounted and knew the pricing from Best Buy but fortunately we found Scholmi based on the other great reviews. For a very fair price we got the ideal set up for our tv and surround sound, with flush speakers in the ceiling, tv perfectly and securely placed on the wall, and all the components moved to a nearby closet so no wires or messy stuff showing in the family room. Schlomi knows everything and can do anything. Very thorough, very fair-- told us about various options but let us make an informed choice. Super great to work with; he and his team did amazing work.

I had a 75 inch tv installed and new mounts and the 65 inch placed in another room. Ben came on time was clean and very professional. He was honest and I felt his fees were very fair. I felt comfortable enough to leave him and his employee at my home by themselves as I had to run out. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Shlomi-- I think you are the greatest TV installer ever. You were prompt clean, neat and your work was impeccable. I would give you 10 stars but there are only 5. I recommend this company to anyone who wants great service for a reasonable price. GREAT JOB!!!!!!
