After speaking with a very courteous Berk's office staff, I promptly rec'd an estimate and a scheduled date. Omar arrived today on time and replaced an old ceiling fan as well as changed the frequency of 3 other fans that were installed incorrectly by another electrician. Omar was so helpful and easy to work with while providing outstanding service -- he even vacuumed up the work area. I plan to ask for Omar again for future electrical & lighting work.

What a great group! I called Berk' s the day after Memorial Day and actually spoke with a real person. She was friendly, courteous and helpful. I explained to her that my landscaper wanted to complete the sprinkler wiring and that he needed an outlet installed to complete the work. Without any
""tap dancing"" I was advised she could have a ""tech"" out to my home within an hour to an hour and a half. ( heard that before). One hour later ""Omar"" was at my door. I explained to Omar what I needed and he went right to work. Omar explained to me exactly what he was going to do and he did it in about an hour. Omar was friendly and a real pleasure to deal with, more businesses could take a lesson from Omar!! When he finished he demonstrated to me all that he had done and verified that all was working perfectly. Omar even explained how I could correct an electrical problem with my fountain, which was not on the work order.. I will not hesitate to use
Berk's in the future and I would definitely recommend them to my family..

On two separate occasions we needed to have a security light installed at the front door and back door of our mobile home. Our technician Omar answered the call and installed our lights in a courteous manner. Good job Omar and thanks.

Francisco from Berk's felt bad about charging my mom $220 to change the lightbulb in her closet on 5/4/22. She lives alone and thought there was a short so called an electrician to help. Ended up being just the lightbulb was burned out. He changed it for her with a lightbulb she provided. Now one year later almost to the day her handyman neighbor comes over to investigate why the closet light is flickering again. He thought it was probably the fixture needed replacing. Took off the bulb cover and finds the bulb is sitting there broken almost falling off the socket. So Berk's electric walked away last May having scammed my mom for $195 (after the ""senior discount"") for a 15 minute house call, and all she got was a broken lightbulb. Thankfully her neighbor changed it for her out of the kindness of his heart. No charge, as a friendly electrician should have done. I will credit Francisco cuz it sounds like he was a nice enough guy but what an awful policy he upheld to profit off of such a simple fix.

i am very pleased with this co. (Trust and Worthy).

Recently, i have trim LED light falling (2), I only call Berk's Electrical to take care of it.
Omar (Electrical technician) represents this co. he did a wonderful works.
i always have peace of mind.

RIP OFF ALERT. Hired Berk's electric to repair 3 smoke detectors. Not happy, but ok on the $165/hour labor. But these shakedown artists charged me $344 for 3 Kidde Smoke Alarms I could have bought on Amazon for $75 total. That is 400%++ markup on parts.
