As always BERKEYS delivered a top notch experience!! My technician was fantastic. He quickly identified the leak, took photos and videos, quoted a fair price and got it fixed same day. I couldn't be more pleased! This is my go-to company for AC issues. I signed up for their maintenance plan too.

We were told we had tree roots penetrating a breach in a drain pipe and they were going to have to tunnel under our 7 year old house costing $16,000. We had another company come to give us a second opinion. It turned out to be hair. Total cost $500. Both used cameras.

The plumber was excellent but the company is all about price gouging. They charged $459 to replace an exterior hose bib. The work required was unscrewing the old one and screwing on the new one. 6.00 at lowes. I will never use them again nor will I recommend them

Berkeys has been absolutely fabulous. Prior to this year, it was all plumbing fixes. Broken shower and 2 busted water heaters a couple months apart. This year, leaking pipe into the house, which required digging and city permits, which they handled, and then our AC went out the same weekend. They had an AC tuck out to fix it within 24 hours. When we had issues a couple summers ago, it was a three week wait to get anybody to come even look! Every tech, plumber or AC, have been extremely professional, friendly and have taken the time to explain all the fixes with pictures. Their club membership has been well worth it for us since it basically pays for itself with the first visit! They are our go to people for all things HVAC and plumbing and related. They do electrical too, but we have it had that need...Yet!

I have a bi-annual inspection, BAM Membership, to have my HVAC system checked thro Berkey's. The tech I have had for three of the four inspections has been Yahkeem. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I would like to have him on every inspection in the future. When I have questions he is always ready with the answer. He cares about the customer, as we are who is working for at the time. That is very reassuring to know he has the customer's best interest at heart. This is why I will continue using Berkey'.

This is the first time I used Berkeys. Randy was assigned as the plumber to resolve the issue and he was exceptional. He diagnosed and resolved the issues within reasonable time. I was satisfied with the service provided and highly recommend them.

I needed to have 2 water heaters replaced and I obtained multiple estimates but chose to go with Berkeys based on reputation. Their price was a bit more but they have been in business a long time and have numerous good reviews. My neighbor has used Berkeys for over 20-years and has nothing but good things to say. The scheduling lady, Mariah, was pleasant and responded to my request for multiple types of estimates for me to purchase their water heaters, or installing tankless, and with me providing the heaters and Berkeys installing them. She is the best customer service person I've found in a long time. The plumbers came on time, installed the new water heaters and cleaned up nicely after their work. I will continue to use Berkeys and would recommend others to do the same.

I was paying a local hvac business over $300 every 6 months for seasonal service. I met a young ex-military man and he presented me with Berkeys doing the same for $99/yr. I decided to give them a try. They have been out twice, and there were no extra charges! They even installed 3 filters in my 3 hvac units as an included part of my service plan. I'm very happy with Berkeys at this time.
