Hear Ye, Hear Ye Hear Ye!
This company is first class because their people are first class! I just can't say enough about Jax and Dax, the two guys that came out and facilitated moving two large propane tanks about 20 feet from the original location.

They literally dug the ditches to code requirements, laid the polyethylene pipe and put everything back together, leveled the ground, cleaned everything up behind them and left this place looking so much better than when they got here! They were prompt, professional, polite, and so courteous. Mr. Bellos these two fine young men represent your company so well, they are truly assets of the organization.

I also want to give a shout out to my plumber from 15 years ago Pete Johnson, who actually moved both these propane tanks in 2008/ 2009. Thank you Pete for being the same Great Guy you were 14 years ago, no wonder you're in leadership. You are a great commander and lead by example. And thank you for putting Will in charge of the project. He was great to work with and communicated so well. He actually picked up a shovel and helped dig the ditches right alongside Dax and Jax before he went onto his next appointment. I just can't say how pleased I am and how grateful I am that we have Bellos's plumbing headquartered right here in Santa Cruz county. No wonder they are Costco's preferred vendor. Sincerely, Ron

We have used Bellows several times and, as in the past, are very pleased with their recent service. All employees I dealt with were professional, friendly and responsive to any questions. Their quote to install a new water heater and replaced several hose bibs was very good and reasonable. The installation of the water heater and bibs was completed in a timely, efficient manner. Their clean-up was great. Will definitely call them again when a need arises.

Three weeks of freezing! Purchased a new heat pump three weeks ago and it's still not working. Has been nothing but a nightmare!

Had a heat pump installation three weeks ago and still no heat! After a three day installation, and several visits from their guys to try to fix the problem it does not work. They keep changing their mind about what the problem is, one says it's the thermostat then the circuit board then the refrigerant needs to run and now I have asked about a new condenser but need mitsubishi rep to see it. The unit was built in 2022 and I paid for a new unit but they are selling two year old models As new.

I complained about this to the manager Stephanie. Today I received a note from a third party saying they will put a lien on my property and could take my house per state law 8100.
I could not believe it, they have not even finished the contracted work.!
I still have no heat after three weeks. It is freezing inside my house and no end in sit.

Eddy and Julio just finished replacing ALL the pipes in my small house. They were really great as was the whole team including Mario, Will and Nick. Alexis and his crew did an outstanding job installing my heat pump system. Initially, he thought that the job would take longer than anticipated, leaving me without heat for the weekend. It was of concern because of a cold front that was coming through then, dropping into the 30s at night. In anticipation, they brought me two space heaters. But, better than that, they came early and stayed late on the last two days of the job. So, late Friday afternoon, the heat was on! After the gas had to be turned off because of a gas leak, the furnace would not turn on and so we called Bellows. They booked an appointment very quickly and sent Jeff who soon identified the problem and was able to fix it
right away. I was impressed with their courtesy, thoroughness and efficiency.
