We are on the Bellows annual service contract, and we just had their technician Paul come out for our regular maintenance call. He went above and beyond! Not only did he do the required maintenance on the list, but checked several other things as well, and gave us a bunch of tips on how to keep our plumbing problem-free going forward. All our plumbing is about ten years old, and things are starting to show wear, so this is timely. We definitely need a new kitchen faucet, and he tipped us off to the fact that ours has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer, hopefully saving us a few hundred dollars on a new one! If that doesn't work out, his suggestion for a replacement was perfect, and we'll definitely ask for him to come back and put in whichever one we end up with.

We replaced our furnace and installed a brand new air conditioning system. These guys were great from start to finish. Jason, the CEO, did the estimate. He was knowledgable, professional and responsive to my follow up questions. He came through with competitive pricing and stuck to it. No upcharge or discrepancies. The installation was done by Del, who knew what he was doing, was willing to answer questions, and did the job well. There were a few details that I requested attention to in the process and he was responsive. The office staff, and Chelsea in particular, was courteous, knowledgable, and responsive to my scheduling needs. I would absolutely recommend them, and will follow up here again if that changes.

I just had my hot water tank replaced by Bellows. I have solar and wanted to go with an electric tankless but after evaluating the performance of electric tankless I went with electric tank. Bellows sent an electrician out and then planned how to do this all in one day. They have an excellent reminder system where they send a text of who is coming and arrival time. The electrician and plumbers were professional curteous and cleaned up after the job was completed. I have used them three times in the last 5 years and am always happy with their service.

Danny from Bellows Heating and Cooling was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the wiring to our cooling system. We bought our home just under a year ago and weren't familiar with the installation of the HVAC system. Now we have full functionality and can enjoy the Air conditioners full potential. I had Bellows refurbish the sheet metal duct work in my house. They did a fantastic job. My duct work went from looking like something from a late night scary movie, to looking like a shinny, beautifully crafted system on a NASA space ship. Bellows gave me a quote, which was very reasonable, and that is what it cost. None of the ""nickel and dime"" extras or add on extra cost BS. They just did it right with a smile. I have to complement the crew who did the work. Happy, professional, clean, costumer needs oriented and competent. I was completely comfortable having these guys in my house.
