I have been in real estate trade for over 25 years and have hired hundreds of tradesman during that time. Unfortunately, I've never had much luck finding a dependable or reasonable plumber until I started working with Bellows. I've hired them to clear drains, install shower valves, repair wall heaters and a new furnace in my house. They have always been professional, punctual and did great work. I would definitely recommend Bellows to any of my friends or family.

We moved into our new home (built in 1939) needing a new heater, water heater and bathroom fans. We had a number of bids for this work, all around the same price range, and went with Bellows primarily because of Robert Mitchell. His wide knowledge, care and low pressure were deeply reassuring. The crews that came to do the work were exemplary, particularly Matt and Pierce who installed the water heater, and Michael and Kiernan who installed our heat pump. Both teams were extremely professional. Micheal and Kiernan spent a week in our house and couldn't have been more respectful and accommodating. The quality of these teams spoke volumes to us about the company in general. We will return to Bellows for any heating or plumbing needs. We couldn't have made a better decision for this very substantial investment.

About a month ago Bellows finished installing a brand-new 3-ton Mitsubishi heat pump at our house and we couldn't be happier with the job well done! The whole installation process was done professionally, and with the highest quality, and with very reasonable pricing, from the initial consultation by Brent, to detailed planning by Russel and the final installation by the crew (Mike V, Alvie and Nacho), thank you all!

We had consulted with many other companies in our South Bay Area before making our final decision, and from our first consultation we knew we could trust Bellows with their quality of work given our big investment in our new heating and cooling system, and we were proved absolutely right!

Ryan, furnace technician came out and quickly resolved an issue with our furnace front panels. The furnace needed a repair a few months ago and the previous tech put the front panel on so tightly and now we couldn't get it off to get to the filter. Ryan explained everything in detail, showed us how to take the panels off and how to put them back on correctly and he even offered to do a short video of the process in case we'd want it. Ryan is a super knowledgeable and personable technician that I highly recommend. I even asked some questions about heat pump systems and he answered all my questions and explained in detail how it all works, how they evaluate for the right system and what the process is for installing it all. I highly, highly recommend Ryan and Bellows for heating and AC needs and repairs.

Very quick response to our Super Bowl weekend call regarding issue with our furnace. Ryan Avila came before noon on Monday to inspect and detect the problem. He did a complete inspection of the unit, which did not exhibit the problem (a burning smell) when he started it up and let it run for a while. He suspects it is the ECM motor that is going bad. We will monitor it in the coming months and see if it needs replacement. We were extremely happy with Ryan's knowledge and the service he provided.

Big thanks & recommendation for Dave & Ryan for their maintenance furnace check up & additionally finding a heating duct that had been incorrectly installed by a previous contractor: MINUS THE ACTUAL DUCT(!) leaving insulation dust to be blown into house. If you are looking for an honest and intelligent contractor, Robert is your man.
We were looking to install a split system. After listening to our needs, and doing a through inspection of our current system, instead of selling us, he told us with a few simple modifications to our air flow , we did not need to buy a split . His intention during the entire process was to suggest what was best for our situation. If we ever have a furnace related issue we will call Bellows.

We Would like to thank Neil Skilling and his crew in coming to our house to fix our heater before Christmas. They took there time to check everything even went into detail on what was happening with our heater. Our heater just stopped working and of course we had tried everything to get it going but it didn't work. Needed a new motor. Neil got the part for us and fixed and now we are all toasty warm before the holidays. Thank you again for saving us from the cold.
