Bellows came to my home to redo the duct work in the garage after having asbestos removed. They did an awesome job and the new ducts look great! They were friendly, efficient, and left the space clean. They made sure everything was working before they left and helped me uncover all the vents inside my home. I highly recommend Bellows.

After reading other great Yelp reviews about this company, I called them to reroute our bathroom heating duct from one location to another. On the same day, a very professional technician from Bellows (Kenta) was available. He studied the site carefully before giving me the estimate. This required that he climb under the house, which told me that he knew how to properly assess the scope of our job. The crew came yesterday with all the necessary equipment and got the job done in about 3 hours. Today I got a follow-up call from company owner Patrick, which is a courtesy that I find very welcome in today's world. In summary, from the answering service receptionists to the owner, all the contacts have been positive. I am happy to know that this company has a location in Marin.

This review is for the team, work still ongoing, but... They are thorough, kind, professional. I've had a number of issues and they help me understand what's going on while being understanding of my situation. Their work comes with a guarantee as well. Chelsea, the office manager, is really a gem. She's been on the ball helping me even while on mat leave! I just think this is a really nice group of people. Highly recommend.

Great friendly helpful customer service on the phone every time I called; arrived when they said they would; efficient and friendly service on site. I wasn't able to be home when they did the work (my son was) so I asked for a call to go over things and got a very prompt and friendly call back. My heating is running more efficiently and I'm grateful for their responsiveness and fair price. Definitely will use them again and can highly recommend.

This review is for the great customer service I received.
I used their Yelp feature to request a quote (so handy! -- hint, hint, other businesses!)
I received a speedy email reply in 30 mins. and I placed a follow up call for more questions. The young lady on the line (Bianca?) was very friendly, but I think she was in training and had to fumble a bit for answers.
I very much appreciate that she would say, ""let me check"" instead of guessing or brushing off the questions. She quoted a possible service date and price.
I let her know that I would call around for a sooner service date and get back to her.

I received a call back a few minutes later and she apologetically told me they were not able to accommodate the service quoted but she offered me the name of another provider who might.

Thank you Bellows for being kind enough to contact me and value my time and a good neighbor giving another contact.

My house was in need of a serious upgrade. I looked at other Heating and Air companies and I always felt like I was being pushed to do more than what my house needed. Jason met me at my house and explained to me the variety of options available to me. He was not pushy and helped me pick the right unit for my house. The crew who came to my house was very efficient and did an amazing job. The unit Jason picked for me has made my house comfortable in the winter with heat and nice and cool during the summer time. When it got really hot over the summer, we decided to put air conditioning in our mid-century house. I called the company that had installed our heating system, and they never called me back, so I called Bellows based upon their Yelp rating. Jason is a true professional, knows his stuff, and promptly gave us a reasonable quote. Then, they did a beautiful job installing our air conditioning system. It really looks nice, both outside and inside the house. Finally, when the city had questions about the permit, Chelsea worked tirelessly to get the city's concerns answered, and get the installation permit signed off. In the end, the city signed off on the work without any changes. The air conditioner works perfectly. I was so impressed with Bellows that I signed up for their annual maintenance plan, which seems like a really good deal.
