Used Belco today for the first time. Called last night and Yuri came on time and fixed a smoking outlet fast and only charged a service call. He was polite and knowledgeable and made sure everything worked before he left, including all my breakers. Will continue to use him in the future.

I needed some simple electrical work done prior to installing a backsplash - relocating an outlet, updating switches and outlets. I contacted a number of other people who I suspect weren't interested in doing a small job. Here's the thing about customer service - one small job can turn into more work in the future. I have a number of things that need to be done, but since my priority was finishing my kitchen backsplash, that was my focus.

Yuri was responsive and willing to do the work. Then I had a number of delays, which put off the job for a few months. When I contacted him again, he was very gracious and flexible. He was thoughtful in reminding me of details when I was buying the equipment (ensuring I had the correct amps, verifying 1 or 2 pole), but not condescending. He came and did the work quickly and efficiently. I will use him again and recommend him to others.

I found Yuri Broytman, the owner of Belco, to be thoroughly professional in his handling of our electrical problems. Recently I made a call to him for him to make a service call. He asked me what the problem was and told me how to solve it thus avoiding him having to come to my home and charging me for a service call. He did this knowing that he was losing income but wisely understanding that building good will is as important as the payment he might have received had he attended our home. Yuri is honest, skilled and courteous and those are 3 qualities you would want in anyone servicing your home or business.

I can't say too much about his work so I won't but, first impressions are everything and Yuri was extremely unprofessional ! I had contacted him for an estimate through Yelp, provided my name, phone number, and what I needed done. I first received a message from Yuri saying the number i provided was NOT my phone number, Ive had the same phone number for 18 years I KNOW my phone number. I kept my composure and went through with scheduling the estimate. When he arrived to my door and rang the door bell I had taken a few extra minutes to put my large dog away, he began calling me. I did not pick up the call since I was heading to the door to answer it. The first words out of his mouth was ""Your phone number does not work"". Seriously!!! No, Hi How are you ? At this point already having some regrets, I jumped straight to to the estimate. I had asked him to separate the quotes I needed, Bathroom, Living room, bedroom, kitchen, and outdoor lighting. He had no paper or pen. He told me ok. After showing him what I wanted done, I gave him my email address and asked him to send a written quote to my email. He then text me a grand total NOTHING separated.I text back please send me a written quote to my email with each room separated. He tells me, ""I don't separate my work, its all worked in"". I then told him I need it separated so I can compare estimates apples to apples. He texts me the total price for each room no explanation of work done to each room. If this is how he operates a business I am scared to see how he works. We didn't get past the estimate.

Excellent service! Yuri came to my house within 24 hours of outreach and he spent well over an hour trying to identify the problem with my outlets, before giving a quote! His pricing is very reasonable and he is now our electrician to call if/when we have any problems in the future! I highly recommend him!

I spoke to Yuri a day back for installation of a Level 2 Bosch Charger. He was very prompt in returning my phone call. On the phone he explained me the entire process and the amount of work and material it entails. He sent Steve the next day, who went through the process with me. He also corrected me about the existing outlet which was not as I had assumed. For a nominal charge, he was able to setup a 40A circuit breaker switch along with a very clean setup. There were no holes in the wall and he used an existing outlet cap to skillfully install the 220V wire along with the charger. He cleaned up after his work and was very polite throughout the process. Once the work was done, he tested the charging on my electric vehicle, which worked without any issues. He explained me briefly how the charger worked and how to minimize my electric bill for the same without any further mumbo jumbo.
I will definitely use his services in the future.
