I spoke to Yuri a day back for installation of a Level 2 Bosch Charger. He was very prompt in returning my phone call. On the phone he explained me the entire process and the amount of work and material it entails. He sent Steve the next day, who went through the process with me. He also corrected me about the existing outlet which was not as I had assumed. For a nominal charge, he was able to setup a 40A circuit breaker switch along with a very clean setup. There were no holes in the wall and he used an existing outlet cap to skillfully install the 220V wire along with the charger. He cleaned up after his work and was very polite throughout the process. Once the work was done, he tested the charging on my electric vehicle, which worked without any issues. He explained me briefly how the charger worked and how to minimize my electric bill for the same without any further mumbo jumbo.
I will definitely use his services in the future.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BAD JOB! I had a bathroom ceiling fan replaced, to start the electrician did not have a measuring tape, he asked if I had one, luckily I did so I let him use my measuring tape, he needed a pipe reducer, I personally went to Home Depot to get it so he would not waste time traveling, when the job was finish he left a big gap between the ceiling and the cover, I can see through to the top of the roof, I told him that is not how a professional job is supposed to look like when finished, he responded, that the owner is responsible to patch up after they are done and he will not fix the ceiling, if I knew that he was going to cut a hole WAY LARGER than he should've and I'm supposed to hire a ceiling plaster person after he is done, I would never have allowed him to do the job.

He quoted me $200, when the job was done he said it is $250 I told him you said $200 over the phone, oh around $200 he replied, then he was nice enough to give me a $20 discount, OF COURSE that was before me inspecting the finished job and seeing the bad job he actually did.

What a nightmare, because all we had to do after this install was paint our bathroom wall and we were done upgrading our bathroom! I do not recommend this electrician, think twice before you allow him to come inside your house, he did not provide a written quote or an invoice. This is a well learned lesson, get a written estimate, invoice and insurance coverage.

This is a fantastic company. I have had a long list of electrical jobs that needed to be addressed in my older house for some time but could not get anyone I knew to recommend an electrician - they either had horror stories or said their guy ""only did big jobs like re-wiring whole houses, new construction, etc."" I finally went on Yelp and found Yuri's reviews and I can say without reservation that Belco's 5 star rating is well deserved. All my many jobs were done in one day at a fair price and Yuri and his associate even came back the next day to check on something I thought wasn't working. It turns out I was hitting the wrong switch - they were gracious and had a good sense of humor about having to drive all the way back to my house just to show me that I wasn't hitting a correct switch! Finally, finally, we have found an electrician we can call! Absolutely use Belco for your electrical needs.

Unprofessional. I had Yuri come over to give me an estimate to install a 50 Amp / 240 Volt NEMA 14-50 outlet for a Tesla vehicle charger in my garage. He provided a quote by text. We scheduled a day for him to come out and do it. When he came out for the install, he said ""we're doing a 40 Amp, right?"". I said, I'm pretty sure it's 50 Amp. Frankly, I was surprised that he was saying this as when I originally contacted him and he came out, I told him I needed 50 Amp / 240V NEMA 14-50 outlet for a Tesla. I said that I could print out the installation guideline from the Tesla website to confirm the requirements, if he wasn't sure. The printout did in fact say 50 Amp, and I showed that to him. He then said that he only quoted me for 40 Amp. And that it would be approx. 20% more than what he quoted me, to install 50 Amp. I said where did you come up with 40 Amp in the first place? I never said 40 Amp, he never said 40 Amp, and his quote by text never mentioned it. He then claimed that I never told him it was for a Tesla (which is complete nonsense- I explained to every electrician I got a quote from exactly what it was for). I asked, if he didn't know what kind of car it was for, why would he just pull 40 Amps from thin air to use for the quote? He said that they have installed these for different types of cars and it is not always the same in terms of Amps, sometimes it's 40 and sometimes it's more. I then asked, if they aren't always the same, and you really didn't know what kind of car it was for, why would you not ask before providing an estimate? He had no good answer. He of course refused to perform the job for the price quoted, and so I sent him away. What a bait and switch! Extremely unprofessional and disappointing considering I kept my calendar clear and stayed home from work for him to come and perform the job.

I have been using Yuri at Belco for electrical work for almost 14 years. I just realized he was on yelp so I wanted to be sure to post a review. Yuri is super reliable, always arrives when he says he will, works very efficiently and always makes sure to get the job done right, never leaves a mess, never does a bait and switch on a price and his prices are super reasonable. He's done all sorts of electrical work for me and for the condo building I lived in - installing recessed and track lighting, installing photocells to replace timers for outside lights, repairing broken light fixtures, installing bathroom light/vent fixtures, repairing vandalized lamp posts, replacing outdated light sockets...running wiring to install a wine refrigerator, replacing a motion detector light. Basically, the guy is awesome and can do any electrical job ...if 14 years of calling him doesn't give credibility to this 5-star review I don't know what would, but I highly recommend Belco for sure!!

I called Yuri on a Friday and he was immediately able to fit me in the following Monday. He installed 2 chandelier lights in my closet and was also very thorough in his explanation regarding the wiring issues with my front porch light.

I would highly recommend this electrician as his price was fair, he was communicative, easy to schedule and was prompt.

Yuri came through in a pinch. I purchased an electric vehicle on Thurs, and needed a 240v outlet installed asap for my charger. Yeah, I probably could have timed it better but the car deal happened fast and I needed to act on it. Regardless, Yuri was very accommodating and professional. He and his partner arrived on time and got the work done as specified. I'm so pleased that I'm going to call him again for some recessed lights!
