We called Bear because two recessed indoor spotlights were out. Replacing a bulb didn't appear to fix them. The switch and outlet in the attic above them also didn't work. Two guys came. They figured out that the problem was that one of the spotlights was shorting out. They went to Home Depot and got new ones (including a return trip to HD because one of the ones they bought was faulty). They installed the new lights and everything worked.

The guys were pleasant and professional. They were here for over three hours. The bill for everything, including the new lights, was $422. I thought that was super reasonable.
